Great Stay!

I love this location! The apartment is conveniently close to great dining, shopping, and just a short distance from the beach. The area is safe and beautiful, and the apartment itself is clean and comfortable!

Ultra vacation

Overall the stay was wonderful and everything was well kept the only issue was that the bed sheets kind of smelled a bit musty like if they weren’t fully dried before being placed on the bed. Other than that communication was very easy and getting in and out was great and everyone was very friendly. The place is great and has a lot of room it’s a nice home away from home

Awesome! Great view and all

Loved it from the moment we came in. Just as pictured! She had towels and bedding and all for us. Their were a lot of utensils pots pans spoon knife everything. Also grill pitcher literally anything you needed. Also she’s so friendly and so nice. Very welcoming. And gave us easy instructions to follow was not hard finding the location nor checking in. Only thing was the elevator there was only one working. But it’s the fifth floor so we did stairs most of time. The view was amazing from the balcony. The pool was great. And the fact that we had a balcony over looking the amazing view sunset was amazing. Room was clean living room bathroom and kitchen everything was marvelous. Definitely will stay here again was not far from the the nightlife at all. And close to all the excursions we did. Thank you for an amazing place felt like home away from home.

Sunset over the water

Great place to stay! I spent a lot of time on the balcony, watching the birds fly around and the boats go in and out. There's a little flock of parrots or parakeets that live around there, and it was so cool to see them flying around! One day, we saw some dolphins playing and leaping out of the water. I was in town for a business thing in South Beach, and I'm so glad I stayed here instead of getting a place in South Beach. I wanted a peaceful, chill place to be, and this apartment was exactly that. Thank you!

Nice apartment, old building

When we arrived the building was a little sketchy, but once inside you can see they’re in the process of updating (there were signs on the walls and a letter posted up about it ) The lobby is decorated nicely and the workers/tenants are friendly so the thought of the building being sketchy faded. The condo/apartment is exactly what you need. Nice view from the balcony, and the owner had everything stocked to make your stay easy. She even had fishing pole to borrow! I feel like it was centrally located to all the areas we planned to visit while in Miami. I’d definitely stay again!

Comfy place, great location!

We loved our stay. Location was ideal. Easy access to the beach and to key Miami neighborhoods, including Little River, Design District, Wynwood and Little Havana. The Condo was the perfect size for myself, my husband and son. Kitchen was stocked with the basics, bed was comfy, and there was plenty of storage for luggage. The pool was very nice! Warm and clean and nice seating around it. Janis was easy to work with and building staff were mostly helpful. The Indian restaurant on the ground floor was an added bonus!

Beautiful View

Lovely sunset/ balcony views! However my husband and I were here for a month and as remote workers it was not ideal for us, internet is very fast but the place itself is going through renovations and the building itself is very noisy especially the neighbors upstairs, the unit is right across the elevator which means you will constantly hear the elevator noises from the bedroom. But if you're just here for vacation then it's perfect! I would still come back to this place just not for a long work stay.

We really enjoyed it!

The morning views are amazing. Really close to so many areas. Would def stay here again. Me and the hubby really enjoyed our time here. The only difficult part about our stay was actually getting in the building to check in. There was no one in the lobby and the 2 ladies in the office were not worried about anything but their conversation. Thankfully someone ordered food and had to open the door to get it so we were finally able to get in. But after getting the keys and code we were set for our week stay Thank you!

Good deal for the price

The building is old and under renovation (although we never saw anyone working). The room is dated but was clean. Kitchen is small but it has all the essentials. Elevator is very slow and was not working on 2 separate occasions. Laundry is available but for a fee. Nobody by the pool so we had it to ourselves.

Booked it for the balcony and view

The view was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. Janis was very helpful when I requested a mattress pad - she immediately bought a brand new one and delivered it. The bed was much comfier after that. We didn't sit on the balcony as often as I hoped because it's not very private. There is only a low wall separating the patio from the occupents next door and the other balconies are close by and visible too. People were often outside smoking. It wasn't always cigarettes either. It's not a smoke free hotel....The parking lot construction blocks access to the foyer so you just have to knock on the door and hope someone is there to let you in when you first check in. The concierge is usually there and is friendly and helpful. Only one elevator was working and even though everyone we saw usually spoke Spanish, we gathered that no-one expects the other elevator to be repaired soon. I just hope their only elevator doesn't quit too. The building and apartment are showing their age. It's not new so I didn't expect it to be spotless and it's a good thing because although this unit was surface cleaned and the bathroom was clean, the rest of the unit really could use a deep cleaning. The view from the shower made up for it all. You can actually watch the city of Miami across the water light up during the sunrise while you shower! Stunning! There's quite a lot of noise from the bridge traffic during the night. We ran the fan and wore earplugs which helped a bit. Whatever you do try not to buy any necessities from the little grocery store on the ground floor of the building. We paid $6.99 for a gallon of milk! The beach, restaurants and main grocery stores are too far away to walk so plan ahead. It's a challenge to find affordable accomodation in Miami and this one comes with easy and free self-parking so this may fit the bill for some people. Next time we'll pay a bit more and stay within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

LOVELY APARTMENT. VIEW AND LOCATION

Denis an her husband welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment has everything you can ask for and more. We loved the balcony and the view of Miami's skyline as well as the bay. Watching the boats roll in was great. As we also host we have a few constructive comments we would like to say because if guests don't mention them sometimes you don't even notice them. Small things but that can make a little difference. Check your light bulbs as many were burned, no remote control to turn on the living room air conditioning, lovely view from the living room but with clean windows could be better, must leave a key to the front door as we all have our minute of stupidity and the front of the microwave was very greasy. We're sure that both of you can take care of these small things in the blink of an eye. Thank you Denis we really enjoyed our stay at your place. Best regard and all the best, Susan & Cecil

Beautiful view. No parking bad bugs

The view was breath taking. There was not enough parking you have to park in the tennis court and there isn't enough for everyone and if you don't get a spot you will have a ticket the next day. The front yard is torn up and you have to drive thru it to get to the tennis court to park and it messes your car up. The build has bugs they say because the yard is torn up. The bugs are flees ticks and ants. I was covered in bits my whole stay. The condo as nice and I loved the view seen dolphins everyday swimming in the bay

Would stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. Great view from the balcony (a little traffic noise from the causeway but we still enjoyed the view)! Excellent communication with Janis and when our flight arrived even later than originally expected she was able to leave the key with the concierge (Omar) who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Since we came in after dark it was a little hard to figure out where to park and also to find where to enter the building. All of this would have been easier if we had arrived earlier in the daylight! The condo was as pictured, and was a great size for the 2 of us. The bed wasn’t great and I did go purchase a pillow after the first night which helped. The area seemed safe for walking which we did daily. Very nice beach but I would say it was probably over 2 miles away which would only be a problem if you were planning to walk there. We had a car and parking was cheap so this wasn’t a problem for us. There were many restaurants nearby and I would recommend Shucker's which was probably only a half mile away! The tennis and basketball courts were being used for parking while we were there (probably because of some construction). Once again, for the price we were very satisfied with our stay!

Although nearby South Beach, this area is less crowded, but more perfect. The pace is more casual, and the vibe is mellow. The area is soothing, restorative. Relax on the peaceful balcony or head east to the sandy beaches or west to the City. Stroll down to the North Beach Bandshell with international Food Trucks and listen to live music in the evenings and on the weekends and soak up the sunshine and ocean breezes.

You are centrally located nearby the newest trendy spot in Miami known as MiMo (Miami Modern) which has fabulous architecture with just the right amount of funk. MiMo houses newest bars and amazing unique restaurants.

You will be near deep sea fishing, luxury yachts below balcony, speedboats available, dining cruises on Biscayne Bay and sailboat charters. You can hop aboard a boat or rent some equipment for a water sports like jet skiing or paddle boarding.

The apartment is newly renovated with new paint and new furniture. The sound proof sliding glass balcony doors allow you to hear the lively bustle of the easily-accessible causeway or close off to silence. You will overlook the "Magic City." Enjoy Direct TV Cable and free WiFi.

The area has an international flavor with nearby renowned multi-national restaurants: Argentinian, Brazilian, German, Peruvian and Cuban. Presidente Grocery Store is 1/2 mile away. The building houses a quaint East Indian restaurant and a general store for immediate general good needs on the ground floor.

Downstairs from the apartment is a waterfront exercise path and playground for children. There are lots of nearby beach souvenir shops, small boutiques, beach bars and pharmacies. All attendants in the building are fluent in Spanish and are very friendly/helpful. Within the building is a small Convenience Store to pick up a late night snack or bottle of wine. The large swimming pool is open to guests until 10pm. We have a yacht and water recreation rental company outside the pool. You can rent boats with/without a captain, jetski, go tubing, sight-see Miami Beach and The City of Miami or take a picnic to the nearby islands.
