- While the community pool is available for guest use for an additional fee of about $4 per person, it should be noted that the pool is generally closed on Mondays (except holidays) and features specific adult swim hours during the week (10 AM - 12 PM Tues-Wed; 6 PM - 8 PM Thurs)
