This three-bedroom house is ideal for a perfect family getaway.

Eloora Beach house is a home away from home, There are property features modern appliances, polished timber floorboards, new kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, Air-conditioning and ceiling fans to make your stay as comfortable as ever!

Located a short walk or drive to either Blue Bay beach (750 Meters) or Toowoon Bay beach (1.3km) and a short drive to local shops, cafes & restaurants.

This property is great for the family beach holiday and the weekend fisherman, a short drive will have you at The Entrance for the daily Pelican feeding, Vera's water garden & the Saturday local markets.

This property has no onsite parking available however plenty of on-street parking is right out the front.

Nice location but some of the components of the house was in disrepair

This property is in an excellent location outside of Sydney that is close to water and shopping. Maybe it was due to transition of the season but the property had items in disrepair such as remote controls, dryer, and lights that didn't work. It was nice that they had a solution to pickup keys to the property after hours.

ok but...

The house and state of the house was fine, but for the cost and the rules around keeping and leaving everything clean including the BBQ, with a threat of a $50 fine if not cleaned, I would have expected the pots etc to be clean? we only used 1 pan, due to the state of them, and I cleaned it before we used it. Only a tiny scourer was supplied also, so I don't know how you expect everything to be cleaned when very little is supplied to do this? Apiece of steel wool would help to keep the pans clean and maybe some degreaser for the bbq? Also while the bathroom has been renovated, the sink tap, has already fallen apart, which made it difficult to use. I always leave a place like it is my own, but I don't enjoy cleaning the utensils etc before I can use them. The stove could also do with a clean, but maybe I expect too much? overall our stay was pleasant, but I wouldn't recommend nor return.

Clean and tidy house in a nice spot close to everything. Generous rooms with enough living space that we weren't on top of each other.

Dirty with several maintenance issues

The property had not been cleaned properly on arrival and there was several maintenance issues that required attention (which I had to report and resolve during my stay). The screen door wasn't locking properly which meant that the kids kept running outside, the living room light wasn't working, the blinds of one of the bedrooms was broken and the TV remote wasn't working. We had to do a massive clean ourselves when we arrived which was disappointing. Location was good though and it's affordable.

overall stay

we enjoyed the stay very much. the property was spacious enough for our group with good size beds and good living space/kitchen. the location was close to shops and beach.
