When games aren’t in session swimming and relaxing by the secluded oasis of the pool is a must. Don’t miss out on this gem!!! Very clean and meticulous to detail!!! Where the whole family can get together and vacation wether it’s to come and experience baseball or just a get a way, this is the place to be. Upstate New York in the summer is breathtaking and relaxing!!!!

Beautiful home, great location

This home exceeded our expectations for the recent trip for baseball at Cooperstown ASV. Lovely home, amazing backyard with pool, slide, rafts, lounge chairs and plenty of kitchen supplies, extra Keurig coffee pods, shower towels and pool towels and more! Very short drive to ASV and was great to have the pool. Would recommend this house for others looking for same experience/amenities.

Clean & convenient

The close proximity to ASV is unbeatable. Our teenagers brought their bikes and were easily able to bike back and forth at their convenience. The house is exactly as pictured with a gorgeous backyard to relax in. The host has everything you could need there, clean, labeled and available. The only issue we had was the tight driveway... we all drive SUV's and Pickups and it was impossible to fit four cars in the driveway without blocking the entire side walk. No street parking. But other than that, the house and the host were perfection!

Family Fun!

Our family enjoyed the spacious house and fantastic pool! It was a short drive to ASV, restaurants, stores and Dunkin! Ideal location for baseball families!! Monica was very helpful and responsive. We had a blast!

Wonderful stay

This property is perfect! It’s less than 5 min away from All Star Village. The house was very clean and organized. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay including beach towels, plenty of linens, kitchen ware, etc. Monica was easy to work with and very responsive. The pool was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! I highly recommend this property!

Spacious & Great Location to ASV

The house is in a prime location to Cooperstown All Star Village. Any family looking for a private pool with less than a 10 minute drive to ASV should absolutely stay here. It was extremely helpful as a coach to be so close to run back and forth. The family room and kitchen had plenty of space and the back yard/patio was awesome. There were chairs right behind the house with a table to hang, or you could sit around the pool. The pool was great for my family who could enjoy any downtime between games. The house was clean everywhere, including the refrigerator and bathrooms. The bathrooms were also newly renovated and had some interesting features, like heated seats. The family loved the arcade game in the kitchen! Overall, it was nearly perfect! The only things I'd suggest include: replacing the color changing night lights to regular white lights; adding a twin bed in the children's room (there's only 1 'loft' bed in there); for Week 14, the pool was a little cold - consider heating a few degrees before the guests come; we couldn't get the water to work on the slide and we also could not get the fire pit started after countless attempts; the one bedroom bed sinks a bit in the middle.

Cooperstown All Star Village Experience

If you are looking for a house for Cooperstown All Star Village this is the absolute perfect home. It’s less than a mile from the fields and in a great quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you would need and the owner is fantastic. Such a great experience from beginning to end.

Fantastic Baseball Venue and Hostess

My family traveled up to play at All Star Village. The location of this property could not be better, literally a 3 minute drive to the parking lot at the fields. House is beautiful, clean and comfortable. If you are traveling with siblings to ASV, this is a great option.

Baseball Vacation Hot Spot

This property was perfect for our group who was visiting for a baseball tournament. It was exactly as described in the listing and the house was well appointed. Our kids played at All Star Village and this property is SO CLOSE. It was perfect to run back and forth between games. We had 3 families staying here and the space was perfect. The backyard is amazing and an added bonus. It was certainly nerve wracking to book a property a year in and advance on the opposite side of the country and hope everything worked out but the booking process was easy and the property owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. If you are traveling to Oneonta for a trip, I highly recommend this property.

Perfect House

This house was amazing. Perfect location and clean with all the amenities. I highly suggest renting here. Our son played at all star village. We enjoyed dips in the pool in between games and chatting around fire pit at night.

ASV Tournament Week

Monica was great and made everything easy for us. The location is amazing in regards to All Star Village-Cooperstown. Overall wonderful time for a baseball week.

Our Cooperstown Stay

We were four moms and three teenage kids and the house was just grand! Our 12 year old boys were minutes away at CASV. The home has an amazing yard with a pool and any amenity you could want inside the house. The owner was incredibly responsive and very kind. Great trip and wonderful home rental! Highly recommend!
