The house is in a prime location. Only two miles from Downtown Gilbert. There are restaurants, bars, malls, gyms, parks and theaters are within a 1-5 mile radius. So many things to do around the area which makes it a very convenient location. The house is fully upgraded, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the beds are queen size. Its also about 1400 square feet. The outdoor area has furniture and a TV. All the TVs run on the Firestick.

It’s a great location and very spacious. TV’s in all the rooms. We texted the owner a few time and he replied right away and was so friendly.

The Home is new, comfortable and ideally located. Jose was readily available when needed and our stay was very enjoyable. We will be renting this home again soon.

HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS!!

Three of us who graduated from High School in 1974 came together to celebrate another high school friend's wedding. The house was absolutely perfect. Super clean, every amenity available, wonderful patio and the Host made sure our check in/out and stay was easy!! We had the BEST TIME!! Would definitely stay again....

Great location and comfortable home!

Came for Cubs Spring Training. Central location to several hiking areas and Sloan Park. Home allowed for spending time together inside and on the patio, along with individual bedrooms. Jose was very easy to communicate with and responsive to inquiries.

Great Stay!

This house is very clean and was the perfect house for us. We stayed for over a week, working remote while visiting our daughter near by. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, located close to downtown Gilbert. Jose was great! Easy communication and we felt he genuinely wanted our stay to be good. Thank you!

Quick staycation

First of all Jose was very pleasant and communication was top notch. Very informative and easy to talk with. House is as listed. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you might need.

Nice House. Good Location.

Nice quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from downtown Gilbert where there are restaurants and shopping. Beds and furniture were good quality. Plenty of options for streaming on the flatscreen TV's in the main room and both bedrooms. Having the garage to park in was a nice option. House has enough pots/ utensils ect. to cook in if you want. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions.

Weekend getaway

We had an event to attend in Gilbert,AZ. We found this property and it looked perfect for our needs. It did not disappoint! Super easy check in and checkout. Clean, spacious. Perfect location with so many great restaurants close by. And our host, Jose, was awesome! Quick responses, direct communication. It was very apparent that he cared about our experience!! We would definitely stay at this property again!!!
