For a cosy feeling, the walls, floor and ceiling have been insulated. Under the floor made of natural Belgian blue stone, there is an underfloor heating system throughout the studio.

In terms of noise, the front door and the walls are sound-proof and thanks to the floating concrete floor, no noise can come from downstairs. There is a terrace on the top that cannot be used after 10pm. The studio is located at the back of the house and there are no buildings on the sides!
