Inbäddat i det säkraste samhället i Rincon, ligger vår villa bara några steg från din egen privata strand där du kan simma och ta några av de mest fantastiska solnedgångarna! Livsmedelsaffärer, restauranger och butiker är en snabb tur in i staden där du också hittar en lokal konstvandring på torsdagskvällar och stadsmarknaden på söndagar.

Utrymmet

Rincon är den sötaste platsen i hela Karibien! Ta solnedgångarna från vår stora och bekvämt inredda uteplats på tredje våningen, eller spendera den på stranden intill vågorna. Detta är vårt hem hemifrån och vi ser till att hålla det mysigt, rent och välfylldt för all din familj eller små grupps behov. Passar grupper på 6-8 bekvämt.

Gäståtkomst

Du kommer att ha full tillgång till huset, inklusive utomhusbod med strandstolar, boogiebrädor och snorkelutrustning. Det finns en gasgrill på trädgården uteplats samt en välutrustad matlagning i köket. Färska sänglinne, handdukar och badlakan för din grupp.

Gästerna kan besöka basketplanerna, tennisbanorna och gymmet, men extra avgifter tillkommer och de betalas direkt till samhället i klubbhuset. Grupppriser tillgängliga.

Som en surfande gemenskap av stränder måste man vara medveten om de en gång starka strömmarna eftersom det inte finns någon livräddare på tjänst på de privata stränderna. Under dessa tider, om du reser med små barn, när du närmar dig stranden hänga en vänster och det finns en liten naturlig pool vid strandlinjen. Vatten i detta område är skyddat av rev och strömmen minskas oftast i poolen vilket gör det säkrare för mindre erfarna simmare eller små barn

Beautiful place

The condo was great. Clean, roomy and well furnished. Although it’s not a great location for walking, there are a ton of restaurants, bakeries, food trucks and other interesting places. A nice beach is just a minute walk away as is the complex pool. We would definitely come here again.

Very spacious and peaceful.

I had a great stay at COZY PRIVATE VILLA IN RINCON WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and quick. I especially appreciated the third floor patio. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and relaxing

A beautiful setting within steps of the beach with all the amenities needed to enjoy each day. The sunsets are truly awesome. Definitely worth the stay.

Sea Glass Paradise

This was an amazing place to stay! The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! We had great communication with the owner. We felt safe and enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer. We hope to return next year!!!

PERFECTION!

This Villa is so dreamy and exactly as described! You are about 100 yards from the ocean. The roof is awesome and so is the pool! You are a 7 minute drive from the Plaza in Rincon. We loved it and hope to go back!

Spring Break

Had a wonderful stay. Condo location is perfect - close to surfing with a gorgeous beach a few steps away. Owners were super responsive and helpful with a couple of minor hiccups. We would love to return to this property!

Lovely place

Staying at Punta Del Mar is wonderful. It’s great to have the option of pool or beach. The kids loved playing basketball too. Gorgeous sunsets every night

This was a fantastic place to stay! The owners were very responsive to answer my questions. The property was perfect. Nicely decorated. Incredible location. Great amenities. We absolutely loved it and will plan on revisiting it! You can't go wrong staying here.

Beachy fun

Property was great for our family...it was really nice to be just outside of town and have walking access to our own mostly private beach. This home had a space for everyone and the manager was readily accessible and responsive.

Great and Safe location

Wonderful Location, Property, and Safety. Kitchen also well equity. After traveling around PR and staying in a number of urban locations, we really enjoyed the safe location where I could let my 15 year old daughter train for cross country.

Highly Recommend!

Nice quiet location by the beach. What more could you ask for? The accommodations were great. From beach towels to kitchen utensils, most were available. The washer and dryer is a nice touch so that I didn't need to pack heavy. I would recommend this location if you're looking for a quiet place without the distractions of a big city.

Perfect location, great property!

Our group of 6 loved our stay at this property. We met lots of great people from the community on our daily walks on the beautiful beach just a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked and even nicer than pictures on the listing. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the location is absolutely perfect. Lots of quick trips into Rincon for dinner, farmers market and art market, close to extraordinary snorkeling at Tres Palmas, a day at Crashboat, surfer watching at Domes, and the yummiest food at our favorites; Estela, Copa llena, English Rose and The beach House. The owners were very responsive to questions and clearly love this house. Look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

everything just as pictured

We stayed in this villa 3 years ago and loved it so much decided to come back. Villa is amazing, neighbors very friendly and helpful. We especially love the beach just outside the villa. Walked on the beach everyday looking for sea glass. We cut open several coconuts and drank the water right from the coconut. The teens loved body surfing in the waves. Wish there were boogie boards. The kitchen has anything you could need and is quite spacious. The counter tops had been redone since we were there last. The pool was nice although we only went there once. The water in the ocean was so warm.Went to many local restaurants and beaches. Great vacation! Hope to visit again

Christmas vaca

I have never left a review in my life but feel inclined to on this property since I was skeptical about the whole process this far from home. If you are looking for a place to get away, relax and slow down this is the place. The house and villa are much nicer than the pictures and are well worth the money. The bedrooms are plenty spacious as are the rest of the living spaces. The upper patio on the roof is a great space. The beach and ocean are just a few steps away where you can relax under the shade of palm trees. I would recommend buying food at the grocery store and cooking all your own meals as we struggled to find restaurants that were worth eating at but the house is well equipped for cooking. Overall this property exceeded my expectations.

Perfect getaway for semi-private beach vacation

The property exceeded our expectations. Listed below are the key highlights: 1) The house was set back 1 mile from the main road and access was restricted with 24/7 security guard access. However, we were never concerned at all with our safety as the town of Rincon seemed very safe. 2) The house was very large, clean, and updated. All necessary amenities were provided and we felt right at home. The property owner was very responsive and gave excellent instructions making the check in and check out simple. 3) The property had a private beach that was very clean and had calm waters. The beach was easily accessible from the house and was maybe 100 yards walk. There were at most three other groups at the beach so it was not at all crowded like the public beaches. 4) The location was only a 10 minute drive to the center of Rincon where you can find a supermarket, restaurants, and shops. 5) The WiFi, TV, and air conditioning worked perfectly and made staying indoors very comfortable when the outside was very hot and humid. 6) There were several public beaches within 20 minutes of the property as well as Cascada Gozalandia waterfalls, which was a nice excursion for a short day trip.

great place to stay

this property was everything it said it was. The villa was beautiful.There were plenty of dishes, pantry items, beach towels, beach chairs & snorkel gear. The beach just outside the villa was spectacular. We walked the beach every day to look for sea glass. The beach went on forever with no other properties on it. The washer & dryer were a big plus. We had a party of 6 so we even used the 3rd floor bedroom. We ate a couple of dinners up on the rooftop table, which was very nice since it was still warm even in the evenings. Kiera was easy to work with. We had trouble opening the lock box the first night and she answered & solved the problem right away. It was fun to watch the surfers in the mornings & my son caught a few fish right outside our villa. The only issues we had were the lack of water pressure and hot water in the kitchen. With no water pressure we were unable to use the dishwasher & had to wash the dishes by hand with luke warm water. Having said that I would definately stay here again. It was beautiful and very quiet and peaceful.

Great stay at Punta Del Mar

Our first time in Puerto Rico. Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed kitchen and family room, access to balconies, access to beach, laundry, grill, close to town. Great communication with owners, they recommended restaurants and beaches. Plenty of amenities and appreciated the beach chairs. Ricomini bakery was good. Thanks Tom and Lynette!

Great place

Only complaint was that there were days that no one at the guard shack showed up for work and we couldn't get on the property. Luckily someone broke the side gate probably because of this problem and we were able to drive around it.

My family has owned this villa for a little over 10 years and we have been coming to Rincon regularly ever since! We love the sandy, quiet beaches as well as the restaurants and bars. Its a quick and easy getaway from most locations, not to mention very affordable and safe. We even decided to have our wedding here in 2016!

Our villa is in one of the safest gated communities in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Once you get past the gate its nothing but green grass, palms trees and your own private beach! Our villa is stocked for you and your small group to live in it as if it was your home away from home while in Rincon!
