Inbäddat i det säkraste samhället i Rincon, ligger vår villa bara några steg från din egen privata strand där du kan simma och ta några av de mest fantastiska solnedgångarna! Livsmedelsaffärer, restauranger och butiker är en snabb tur in i staden där du också hittar en lokal konstvandring på torsdagskvällar och stadsmarknaden på söndagar.

Utrymmet

Rincon är den sötaste platsen i hela Karibien! Ta solnedgångarna från vår stora och bekvämt inredda uteplats på tredje våningen, eller spendera den på stranden intill vågorna. Detta är vårt hem hemifrån och vi ser till att hålla det mysigt, rent och välfylldt för all din familj eller små grupps behov. Passar grupper på 6-8 bekvämt.

Gäståtkomst

Du kommer att ha full tillgång till huset, inklusive utomhusbod med strandstolar, boogiebrädor och snorkelutrustning. Det finns en gasgrill på trädgården uteplats samt en välutrustad matlagning i köket. Färska sänglinne, handdukar och badlakan för din grupp.

Gästerna kan besöka basketplanerna, tennisbanorna och gymmet, men extra avgifter tillkommer och de betalas direkt till samhället i klubbhuset. Grupppriser tillgängliga.

Kom ihåg att dessa stränder och områden är fulla av surfare! Som en surfande gemenskap av stränder måste man vara medveten om de en gång starka strömmarna eftersom det inte finns någon livräddare på tjänst på de privata stränderna. Under dessa tider, om du reser med små barn, när du närmar dig stranden hänga en vänster och det finns en liten naturlig pool vid strandlinjen. Vatten i detta område är skyddat av rev och strömmen minskas oftast i poolen vilket gör det säkrare för mindre erfarna simmare eller små barn

Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing! The property is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The private beach was the highlight—it felt like our own little paradise and made the experience truly unforgettable.The villa’s four bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the location was perfect for exploring Puerto Rico while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The amenities exceeded our expectations and made us feel right at home.The host was fantastic to work with—communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The entire booking and check-in process was seamless, making our vacation completely stress-free.We had an incredible time and are already looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Puerto Rico!

I have stayed in the Rincon area 3 times with my family, every trip has been great but this was the best property so far. Communication from the host was timely and helpful and check in/check out were super easy. The location was ideal(10 minute drive to town)the villa was clean and well equipped for a family with 3 children/teens. The community was safe and quiet with great views and amenities. We will definitely be booking again

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent and made the entire experience seamless. The home is large, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet just a short drive to great restaurants and the Rincón town center. It’s an ideal spot if you want both tranquility and easy access to everything the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow is all I can say! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had our 4 kids (ages 17-23) with us, and it was so perfect for the 6 of us. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We cooked meals at least once a day the kitchen was fully equipped. We also enjoyed some of the restaurants that were minutes away from the villa. The beach was steps away and sunset watching was amazing. I enjoyed walking the beach every morning coffee in hand, picking beach glass, which was a pleasant surprise to find so many pretty and colorful pieces! I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back.

A beautiful setting within steps of the beach with all the amenities needed to enjoy each day. The sunsets are truly awesome. Definitely worth the stay.

This was a great place to stay with our large family. The home is well kept, well stocked, and in great proximity to Ríncon and surrounding beaches and sites. The nearby private beach was a short walk and we caught the sunset there several times. It was our first time to the west side of PR and we loved it! Would for sure stay at the property in the future if we make our way back.

My family had a sudden need for a house for a few days due to a flight cancellation. Thomas was so gracious! When he heard of our plight, he immediately reached out to his cleaning team to see if they could make the house ready that day. It all worked out! We were able to come out to Rincon and thoroughly enjoy an amazing home for our extra days of vacation.

Beautiful place

The condo was great. Clean, roomy and well furnished. Although it’s not a great location for walking, there are a ton of restaurants, bakeries, food trucks and other interesting places. A nice beach is just a minute walk away as is the complex pool. We would definitely come here again.

Very spacious and peaceful.

I had a great stay at COZY PRIVATE VILLA IN RINCON WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and quick. I especially appreciated the third floor patio. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

Loved this private beach escape. The house was beautiful and so close to walk to the beach. The house rooftop patio was amazing to stargaze at night! Would definitely recommend a visit here!

Had a wonderful stay. Condo location is perfect - close to surfing with a gorgeous beach a few steps away. Owners were super responsive and helpful with a couple of minor hiccups. We would love to return to this property!

Staying at Punta Del Mar is wonderful. It’s great to have the option of pool or beach. The kids loved playing basketball too. Gorgeous sunsets every night

This was a fantastic place to stay! The owners were very responsive to answer my questions. The property was perfect. Nicely decorated. Incredible location. Great amenities. We absolutely loved it and will plan on revisiting it! You can't go wrong staying here.

Our family has owned this villa for a little over 20 years and we have been coming to Rincon regularly ever since! We love the sandy, quiet beaches as well as the restaurants and bars. Its a quick and easy getaway from most locations, not to mention very affordable and safe.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our villa is in one of the safest gated communities in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Once you get past the gate, its nothing but green grass, palms trees and your own private beach! Our villa is stocked for you and your small group to live in it as if it was your home away from home while in Rincon!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We didn’t originally buy this property for rental purposes. We feel that the Villa reflects this because of the way it is decorated. It’s home to us.
