Gulf View Home - Private Pool!

The Gulf View Home is one of our Closest Homes to the Beach without being directly beachfront! There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a nice living room and a large game room! The Gulf View Home can sleep up to 12 guests (Maximum Guests 14 allowed)!

This home features its own Large Heated Private in-ground swimming pool (Pool Heated for additional Fee). The fenced in backyard has plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool for. Everyone will enjoy the Large Heated Private Swimming Pool. Kick back and relax in your own private hammock under the palm trees and enjoy a good book or just take a nap, island style. The large outdoor dining table set has seating. How about some grilled Mahi, Fresh Gulf Shrimp or Burgers? Yes, cook all you like on the large charcoal briquette BBQ.

Inside the home we are you will enjoy the private Game Room containing a Billiards – Pool Table, Arcade Size Air Hockey and a Foosball table as well as a nice LCD / LED style TV.

Dining in several places at the Gulf View Home. There is a large dining table that can seat up to TEN people. Additional small breakfast table is located in the kitchen overlooking the swimming pool.

High Speed internet and WIFI available.

The Gulf View Home is located only 500 feet to the beach! This home is within walking distance to the new Pier Park shopping center and amphitheater which hosts several concerts and festivals. Walking distance to the City Fishing Pier and Frank Brown Sports Complex & Aquatic Center (tennis courts, basketball courts, walking trails and a huge playground)

renter beware

house not even remotely like pictures posted! broken window, grills. Mold everywhere inside the house and out. We drive up and thought we were in the wrong place! "Game room" unusable! All game tables broken, pool area sad with broken patio furniture, rotten umbrella, and don't forget your extra fees to heat the pool.Sad, sad, sad. Location close to beach after you navigate the constant construction vehicles. Kitchen a nightmare! refrigerator broken shelving and no door storage space. Pots and pans filthy and should be replaced(i purchased my own to use) cabinets were peeling paint, and dirty. Contacted host with zero help offered. I have never, ever been so disappointed and ripped off. Rented the month of March 2025

Great location

Your typical rental house. House across the street isn't there anymore, so you can see the ocean from the house! About a 2 min walk over to the beach. We will be back.

A+ Time

We totally enjoyed our stay we had for 7 days. We did have an issue with not having the Queen air mattress but it was resolved the same day we got there with a delivery from Target that was delivered to us. Ben’s Beach Homes is definitely a wonderful place to stay, and look forward to next time.

Nice place. Definitely would stay here again. Only downside is the game room is not good at all. Pool table is shot and air hockey table isn’t really useable. Everything else was wonderful

Big Family Vacation

It was a great location, check in was the easiest. Plenary of room felt like home. The pool was a big hit for our teenage boys. Walking distance to the beach, gas station , McDonalds and Surf Star store. Would love to stay there again.

Great pool and game room!

Short walk to beach and the Sandbar, great pool and hot tub and game room. Ben was very responsive with any questions. Master bed is very squeaky but comfortable. Thanks for a great week!

Great location

The house is located close to the beach, grocery, convenience, store, and fast food. Restaurants, beach, attractions, and shopping are all within minutes! A few disappointments:master bedroom bed squeaks terribly, we couldn’t find any basic cleaning products, guests are only given one towel per person, no additional toilet paper was provided and the pool net was ripped so no way to skim leaves and debris that blew into pool.

Great location

The location was great, it wasn’t right in the middle of the crowds but close enough you could walk to the restaurants. Beach was a very short walk. We had a slight cleaning issue when we got there but it was handled very quickly so that was great. The only other issue was it would of been nice to know when the pool cleaning people were coming since we had just got in and had to get out. They gave no notice, they just walked in the backyard so that made me alittle uncomfortable with having my children there but overall it was a great place.

Stay

This was in a very quiet neighborhood and only 1 block west of Front Beach Road. I opened the front door to the view of the gulf each day. You have fast food, grocery store, gas wirhin walking distance and Pier Park about a mile away. Ideal location for a relaxing stay.

Best Place in Panama City Beach

We loved the privacy and how close we were to everything. Very convenient for everyone to walk to the beach, McDonald's, or Arby's. The private pool and fenced in backyard was awesome. No rowdy neighbors and the street is very quiet. We'll be back in 2024!

Jazz festival

Loved the house and all the amenities. Only drawback is the bedroom with bunk beds if you don't have any kids. Not great for any adults to sleep in.

Great place and location

Ben’s Beach home was very nice. 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. Great game room! Pool was beautiful but didn’t use it, just a little too cool. Hot tub was fantastic! Beach is only a 5 minute walk and you can see ocean from the front door. The floors needed a good scrubbing but other than that it was perfect! We would definitely go back!

Accommodations were excellent. Beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub a huge plus!! Close to the beach as described. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Owner very responsive to minor issues. Pool and hot tub cleaned twice weekly. Overall great place to stay!

Great for Family w Teen Hangout!

Perfect experience for teens wanting to be away from parents! Enjoyed the amenities in the yard and enjoyed the soundproofing around the game room for teens to be able to hang out! Great stay! Highly recommended! Will be back!!

Perfect for us and our dogs!

The house was very clean. The location was perfect for us with being close to the dog beach. It had a great backyard for our dogs. A very nice swimming pool and hot tub. A great game room that originally did not have any working pool cues but we reached out the property owners and they were very prompt to have replacements by the next day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, so much so that we are already considering booking it for next year!
