Nestled on a 5 acre estate of pristine jungle land and 200 meters of private ocean front, you can relax and unwind to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves or while away the time swinging in our jungle hammocks overlooking the azure sea. Swim, kayak and snorkel in the warmth of the transparent ocean and check out the myriads of fish living around the coral reef just 600 metres from the shore.
Enjoy traditional Mexican and Mayan cuisine prepared for you, Al fresco among the palms or on the roof top.
Sun tan and swim on the beautiful roof top patio and watch meteor showers or catch a falling star as you gaze at the night sky! Super clear sky as there is no lights in the area or smog.
Nah Balam, meaning home of the Jaguar, is named after the beautiful creatures that once roamed this area. Indeed we saw one while we were building here. It boasts a large spacious living room with comfy couch and chairs and doors that open onto a wrap around deck for a fresh ocean breeze. 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms also
have decks or balconies that allow for incredible views and your own private relaxation area.
An uninterrupted 360 degree view from the roof top allows you to be as high as the birds over the jungle canopy so you can take in the incredible vista of this Unesco heritage site Sian Kaan named by ancient Mayans and meaning "Origin of the Sky"

I love the area it suits my water related hobbies of fishing, diving and enjoying all that the reef can show me. we love the tranquility of this amazing area of the world.

Its location is everything! Perfect for a quiet get away yet close enough to the famous beach road of Tulum for incredible shopping and dining experiences.
There are hundreds of different birds and mammals including manatees and crocodiles to spot in the lagoon behind the home and its a short walk to the mouth of the lagoon estuary for a world class fishing experience.
That home truly can give you an experience that will suit every member of your party !
