This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is just waiting for you! Situated in a cul-de-sac in 'original' Jurien Bay, you can walk everywhere, from beaches to parks and all shops.

All the bedrooms have new carpet underfoot and all internal walls have recently been painted.
The master bedroom is huge, with a Queen size bed to match.
The other bedrooms have a queen bed, double bed and a single bed.

Modern venetians have been added to all windows.

Cook up a storm in the well-appointed kitchen making use of the oven, microwave and stove top cooking. The cupboards are full of appliances, cutlery and crockery.
Washing the dishes is even a breeze.... put it all in the dishwasher and spend a little more time with the fam-bam!

Both bathrooms have a shower recess and one of the toilets is separate.

Please Note: The fireplace is a statement piece only and cannot be used for heating.

Winter time in Jurien Bay is beautiful... but just in case it is raining or the wind is blowing, there are several board games to keep eager minds busy. Or perhaps settle into the lounge and watch a DVD (large eclectic selection.)

The backyard is large and covered with green grass, perfect for that game of cricket. Being fully enclosed too means the kids can play outside with your peace of mind. A fish filleting bench is attached to the back garden shed, however please make sure you dispose of all carcasses properly and place into the bins outside. No fish filleting to be done inside the house please.
Sunsets will be glorious from the back patio while you sit at the large table setting and cook your latest catch on the BBQ.

There is even room to park your large boat and vehicle on the driveway or a space to park your car undercover.
