Detta bottenvÄningen ett sovrum, ett badrum 800 kvadratfot semesterhus har drottning och dubbelsÀngar och har utsikt över en av de tre signatur golfbanor pÄ Sea Trail Resort. Det ligger en mil frÄn Sunset Beach, nÄgra minuter frÄn Calabash, NC och mindre Àn en timme frÄn Wilmington och Myrtle Beach.

Det finns en stor TV i vardagsrummet, en bekvÀm soffa och stol, ett matbord med plats för fyra och en bar med tre stolar för ytterligare sittplatser. Den skÀrmade veranda Àr tillgÀnglig bÄde frÄn vardagsrummet och sovrummet. En tvÀttstuga alkov med full storlek tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare (och extra lagringsutrymme!) Àr pÄ den stora hallen och köket Àr fullt utrustat. Det finns ocksÄ en TV i sovrummet.

För golfare, Sea Trail har tre mÀsterskapsbanor, elva i staden Sunset Beach, och mer Àn 100 i Grand Strand omrÄdet. Golf Äret runt!

För strandÀlskare, du Àr bara en minut frÄn en av de bÀsta strÀnderna lÀngs Atlantkusten! Sunset Beach har 4 miles av vit sandstrand som Àr perfekt för att bygga sandslott, drakflygning, spela boccia boll, löpning eller cykling.

För familjer, barnens aktiviteter i överflöd. Village Activity Center pÄ Sea Trail har inomhus- och utomhuspool, badtunnor, kiddy pool och vikt rum (extra kostnad genom Activity Center). Cykeluthyrning tillgÀngliga via Village Activity Center under sommaren. Sunset Beach har mÄnga putt-putt kurser, ett planetarium och nÀrliggande Ocean Isle Museum. Winter getaway

We spent January and February and absolutely loved it. Greg was quick to respond to messages and check in was smooth and seamless. We loved the condo and the entire Sea Trail community. Also loved how close we were to the shopping area (walking distance). And our dogs loved the area, especally all the squirrels they encountered on their walks. So glad we stayed here.

Our stay was enjoyable and the accommodations were adequate.

For your information, the mattresses were terrible. This would be the only reason we do not stay for our next visit. Cots would have been more comfortable. The 2 adults in the party did not sleep. Thank you.

Perfect location for your beach getaway!

The condo was clean, quiet, and had everything you could ask for! Well stocked with cooking equipment and the washer and dryer are a huge plus. This is a perfect location for golf, the beach, restaurants, and an ice cream treat in the evenings! Just perfect! If fishing is your thing, we drove over to Ocean Isle Beach which is a very short distance away and parking at the pier is $10 daily, free after 6 pm. They have bait, snacks, an on-site restaurant, and a restroom on the pier. We truly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to come back!

Very beautiful! Quiet as a pin for a private relaxing retreat with beach and great views. Also park for the dog,,,,careful about the alligators on the inland shore. To be expected it;s NC. Signs for warnings are there. .

The condo was exactly what we were looking for.

We spent 6 1/2 weeks at this condo and have nothing but excellent things to say about our stay. The living area was comfortable and spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, the screened in back porch was perfect for sitting outside in the morning with a cup of coffee. The condo was very clean and had everything supplied that you would need for a stay. The owner is a very professional and you can tell he wants to make sure you enjoy your stay and that you have good visit.

Nice rental, nice location!

This rental met our needs for just the two of us. It was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Short drive to beach. The pool area is very nice, we did pay an $80 charge for a couple to use the pool and fitness center. There isn’t a lot of equipment in the fitness center at Sea Trail. The actual rental property was very nice, with patio overlooking golf course.
