Absolutely loved our stay!! The place was perfect along with the location! Close to beach and ride to barefoot landing and broadway at the beach wasn’t bad! Thank you again we will be back

Perfect Locatino

This was a fantastic condo - within walking distance to the Sunset Beach Run, condo was clean and reasonably priced. Will def stay again!! Owners were fantastic to work with and great communication

Winter getaway

We spent January and February and absolutely loved it. Greg was quick to respond to messages and check in was smooth and seamless. We loved the condo and the entire Sea Trail community. Also loved how close we were to the shopping area (walking distance). And our dogs loved the area, especally all the squirrels they encountered on their walks. So glad we stayed here.

Nice rental, nice location!

This rental met our needs for just the two of us. It was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Short drive to beach. The pool area is very nice, we did pay an $80 charge for a couple to use the pool and fitness center. There isn’t a lot of equipment in the fitness center at Sea Trail. The actual rental property was very nice, with patio overlooking golf course.

Clean and comfortable

I spent a 3 week get away in this clean and comfortable condo. This home had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I brought my own sheets and towels, however, they could have been part of the rental price. I enjoyed sitting on the screened porch after a day of fishing or golf. This condo is close to everything....beach, banks, food stores, restaurants....I even managed an unexpected trip to the dentist. The Sunset Beach area is a great spot to spend down time. I look forward to a visit in the near future.

Unit was in great location but has to many rules. I don't run my own air conditioner at 78 degrees.

The only limit we have on the AC is 64 degrees to avoid total freeze up of the unit. A message to us would have alleviated this misunderstanding. The 78 degrees is a DEPARTURE request - as in - when you check out. If you are also including our check out requirements, that is because we try to keep it affordable and do not ask our guests to pay a cleaning fee. In spite, of your complaints, for any future visits to the area, we hope you are able to find a place with fewer rules.

Perfect location for your beach getaway!

The condo was clean, quiet, and had everything you could ask for! Well stocked with cooking equipment and the washer and dryer are a huge plus. This is a perfect location for golf, the beach, restaurants, and an ice cream treat in the evenings! Just perfect! If fishing is your thing, we drove over to Ocean Isle Beach which is a very short distance away and parking at the pier is $10 daily, free after 6 pm. They have bait, snacks, an on-site restaurant, and a restroom on the pier. We truly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice rental!

Large for a 1 bedroom. Very clean, well stocked, good condition, everything in good working order. Great location for quick drive to the beach. Easy communication with owner. Would stay again.

Just What I Needed

Beautiful property for me and my dog. After a stressful move, my time in Sunset Beach helped me to unwind and destress. I recommend this little haven again and again.
