Great Location

The apartment was conveniently located near Main Street and the “Free Ride” was very close if we wanted a free bus ride into the town. We liked the apartment, a home away from home.

Mlk ski weekend

We had a great time. The unit was clean and well laid out for 3 adults and 2 kids. Just FYI the clubhouse with hot tub, etc is closed. Not a deal breaker but is good to know. We hit the town for lunch and sledding on day one - Kenosha was great! Then we skied die 2 days. The entire complex was very quite - and a heard garage. The ski lockers are not that big so we ended up just keeping ours in the car.

Promised amenities unavailable

The unit was clean and convenient with well stocked kitchen and supplies for stay. However, everything was a hassle. The instruction said the key to the ski locker was in the unit. It wasn’t. There was a code and it was an ordeal to get it. We couldn’t find the hot tub and fitness room; there was no map or instructions. When we called, they had to get back to us. When we went, the hot tub was broken. We called back about the fitness room. The representative didn’t know. After several hours he said it was the same building as the hot tub. After another few hours of back and forth we were told it was broken, too. We chose and paid more for this unit with these amenities. My daughter, an athlete, had planned on its availability. Highly disappointed!! No response so far from management.

Cozy and quiet

Walk to Main Street from a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are a 10-minute easy walk. Cozy gas fireplace is great for warming up after skiing or hiking. Two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent management, very clean, nice fluffy towels! Note: the second bedroom is a twin bed with trundle mattress.

Good Place to Stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Breck and in this Condo. We didn't go to Breck to ski so I can't speak to that but this Condo was perfect size for our family of four. We walked to everything we did in Breck and this Condo is only about two blocks from Main St. which was very convenient. It's a little dated and could have been cleaned a little better. We found a bed or two that had fresh sheets but that were not put onto the mattress very well and kind of messy under the bed spread. My son knocked over a floor lamp and shattered the globe within the first hour of being there. But evolve (booking agent) required renters accidental coverage so all was well. Considering the overall amenities offered and the great price point we would likely stay here again. Minus a few little hiccups we really left pretty satisfied with our stay.
