Explore local hiking trails

Discover shops, public art, and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and pubs in the village

Guests have full access to the condo and back patio. There is a coin operated washer/ dryer in unit #3 just a few steps away.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood just off of i-70 and across from the resort.
Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. A free year-round bus makes it easy to get to Vail Mountain with all of your gear. I-70 access is close by for trips to neighboring resorts and cities. Check google and Vail public transit sites for details.
Other Things to Note:
- License Number 025904
-This property does not have air conditioning.
- No Smoking of any kind inside or outside of the condo.
- No parties or groups of more than 4
- This property is NOT pet friendly.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
These are HOA rules and there is a $100 fine per incident if broken.

We both love rock climbing, hiking, biking, skiing and spending pretty much all of our free time outside; we were even crazy enough to run the Leadville 100.
