Protaras Villa 1505 is a brand new, modern and spacious holiday villa delivered in 2020, located in a quiet area of Kapparis in Protaras.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dinning and kitchen area that open up to the pool patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped offering all modern electrical appliances and the living room is furnished with comfortable sofa set and dinning table for six persons.
The upper floor offers 3 double bedrooms and the family bathroom while the master bedroom features an en-suite shower. Particular attention has been paid to the comfort of the beds and the aesthetics when furnishing the villa to ensure the comfort of the guests.
The exterior offers a large private swimming pool, garden furniture, sunbeds, BBQ and parking.
Protaras Villa 1505 has been decorated with care and taste from the owner with many small details to make this beautiful villa feel like a home away from home.
