The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1702 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. King size bed in the master, bunk beds in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Perfect

Four of us stayed for a girls trip. Everything was perfect and easy. The place was just as described. Plenty of room, beautiful view from the balcony, extremely comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers, walking distance to the shops at John's Pass. Kate was helpful and quick to respond. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early and check out late. I loved being able to do the online check in made the process easy. I would stay here again and would highly recommend. It was worth every penny!

Quick Little Getaway!

Great location!!! Our unit was simply furnished, had what was needed and very clean! The building has an interior hallway to enter the condo, which was nice, and they are being upgraded from carpet to a vinyl wood plank flooring. .We will be back!!

Great view!

We had to buy a cutting board, peeler, glass baking dish, and other kitchen items. 2 very small closets. The bunk bed room is tiny. We had to keep luggage out since not enough closet space. Beds were comfortable. We were always in the condo at sunset. The view is top notch incredible! Publix is driving distance. John’s Pass is very close. We went to Waltz and Madbeach restaurants. Kilwins is the best ice cream! Bamboo Beach bar provided live entertainment every evening. Small place for 2 couples. Probably a great unit for parents with two small kids. 7th floor is nice. Elevator mostly slow so we exercised and took the stairs.

We live Madeira

Condo was great, very close to John's Pass and beach. Wish pool was open and there was AC in elevator. We would sweat going up and down on the slow elevator for 7 floors.

Good stay

Great location beside Johns Pass with lots of eating and shopping options. Space was nice but floors and walls could have been a little cleaner. Overall good stay. Has a nice heated pool and beach is right across the street.

Good experience

Our condo unit was amazing and just like the online photos. The condo complex and pool/hot tub def needs some updating. The location of the condo from the beach and John’s Pass was great!

Just as described!

The property and room were very nice and exactly as described in the listing. . I did sweep when I got there as I noticed quite a bit of dirt and stuff (fake nail, straw and other randomness) under the couch. I also wiped down handles on all the doors and areas around the door as there were fingerprints on high touch areas of the doors. Other than this the place was perfect! Having only one elevator posed a bit of a problem as it took a long time for the elevator to come and the elevator went down twice during our stay....which was no fun being on the 7th floor. (the stair door from the street level was also locked (with good reason), but this made it inconvenient to get to the stairs from the ground level. I would recommend to other families and I would stay again! Thank you!!!!

Amazing Place to Stay

The place was extremely clean and updated. Checkin was super quick and easy! It is directly across the street from the beach and a few minute walk to John's Pass! Great location and amazing view of the ocean! We had an absolutely amazing stay, and we would highly recommend this place!!

The condo is lovely with an excellent gulf view. The bunk bed room for a very small, great for kids

The check-in process is frustrating as there are two condominium buildings and when you book you don’t necessarily know which one you are in. Since you are only able to check-in in one building with the lobby on the second floor, would suggest more details or signage in garage parking.
