Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Good place to ST lease

Everything's good! Some days a little of noise from the second floor apartment but we understand that is wood Team BCA Response: Thank you for reviewing our property. We thoroughly enjoyed hosting you and would love to host you in the future. We appreciate you being understanding about our hardwood floor noises. The noise can travel fast, but they add a great scale to our units. Most people would prefer hardwood floors over carpet, but we appreciate you being kind with your observations to the unit above you.

Spa like comfort made me want to stay forever!

I absolutely loved my stay at the BCA Brookwood Courtyard property for the past six weeks. I can honestly say that when I returned to my own house I asked myself "how can I make this feel more like the BCA?"!!!! Seriously, my first impressions: Great security as I needed a code to get into the courtyard! Upon entering the courtyard, I was struck with the most exquisitely fragrant foliage that was so gracefully landscaped! I needed another code for my door and how nice! -because I'm the type that forgets my keys all of the time! A beautiful, clean modern kitchen stocked with pots and pans and utensils, modern dinnerware! A dishwasher! And the pièce de résistance: A washer/dryer unit! Hallelujah! An airy Living room with beautiful modern furniture (I loved the sofa so much I inquired where I could find one just like it!) Gigantic flatscreen TV with so many channels I had to turn it off because it overwhelmed me with all of the choices! Gorgeous airy bedroom with the most comfortable bed topped with a European comforter Scandinavian-like all in white! And yet another gigantic flat screen TV! I was beginning to feel like I was at a spa! I know this is beginning to sound like a fake review but I am honestly telling you from my heart this is how I felt! Completing the spa feel, I entered into the bathroom which had a large spa like shower with glass doors complete with high end shampoo, conditioner and soaps! It was heavenly! I sincerely hope to return one day and stay in the exact same apartment complex! It was truly a haven! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to stay! All the best to everyone involved!!!
