Beautifully appointed contemporary beach house with stunning views over Copacabana Beach. Views follow the coastline down to Sydney with the city skyline visible on a clear day.
Enjoy afternoon drinks out on the terrace watching the sunset over the headlands whilst taking in the ocean views.
A 10 minute walk down the beach (via pathway).
Single level 4-bedroom home nestled into the Copacabana headland.
Accommodation for up to 10 people
- Bed 1: Primary retreat with King bed, walk in robe and ensuite
- Bed 2 Queen
- Bed 3 Double
- Bed 4: Queen and (King Single) Bunk Beds.
The front two bedrooms wake up to ocean views over Copacabana and Macmasters beach
Open plan living with dining for 10 take in the beautiful ocean views. Bifold doors open onto a large entertaining deck with alfresco and covered areas for lounging, entertaining and soaking up the afternoon sun.
The back yard has a large gas barbecue and outdoor dining for 10 people that gets loads of sunshine throughout the day. It is beautifully shaded towards the end of the day for dinner.
A modern kitchen opens to the front and rear entertaining areas, so chefs stay connected with the rest of the group throughout the day. Kitchen comes with Butlerâs pantry, large double door fridge, dual zone wine fridge, induction cooktop, crockery, glasses, cookware and serving platters to create the perfect breakfasts, long lunchâs and evening dinner parties for family and friends.
A separate family room at the back of the house is perfect for laying back and watching some TV or chilling out and reading a book. It spills out onto the back yard
The property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with separate zones for bedrooms and living spaces.
Linen sets provided (including sheets, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels)
Beach towels may be rented ($10ea per stay)
Weekly cleaning fee applies each week for stays longer than 7 days. Fresh linen & towels will be provided with each weekly clean.
Off-street parking for 2-3 cars and plenty of street parking.
The property is fitted with 3 external security cameras - one for the front door/pathway and two for side/rear yards to detect intruders or disturbances.
This Property is fitted with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sounds), temperature, motion & crowd detection to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and notify of noise levels that may be disturbing to neighbours.
