Clean and well taken care of home

We love staying at the Running Y and this house was just as we hoped. Location was nice, being on the end made it quiet and not feel like you were attached to neighbors. The home had everything we needed and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

Quiet condo with a great view!

The condo was well located, had great amenities and floor plan. We enjoyed the easy distance to Klamath Falls and Lake of the Woods. The main level master suite was perfect for us!

Vacation

This was a week vacation with four teenagers; everyone had the best time! The property was perfect, the host was highly communicative, and we had everything we needed to truly enjoy ourselves. We would love to return!

Family gathering

Home and deck worked perfectly for a small gathering of family from Klamath Falls and visitors from the valley. The picture we saw when booking the home had a larger table on the patio and no hot tub. We managed to work with the smaller space and the fact the hot tub was nor working was not an issue. For the door code I did not realize it was not coming from Evolve so it went to junk mail and caused some issue on arrival. Also, did not know the door would auto-lock so we got locked out a second time. These are the reason the listing accuracy could have been better. All in we were happy with the property and would rent again.

Hotel.

This Chalet was basically a stark hotel. No homey feel. There were a few throw rugs in the master bathroom, but for the main feel, uncomfortable furnishings and lacking. The decor is that of a hotel room.

Great layout for our family

Fun place to stay, people on resort very friendly and helpful! So many activities to choose from and the area is so pretty. The townhouse was showing some wear in the carpet and sofa's and the entry siding could use some cleaning. But all and all a great place to stay, we plan to come back!!

The last trip of the summer

This location was perfect for our little family. We loved the view from the patio. We loved Running Y Ranch there really is everything you need near by. Super clean townhouse. Wish the beds were better. Look forward to coming back.

Klamath Falls / Running Y resort

Thank you so much we’re just back from a fabulous stay at your home in Klamath falls. Five stars for sure!! We saw deer and squirrels from our back patio and enjoyed everything this wonderful home has to offer. It is a great size and spotlessly clean. We used it as a start point for exploring the area around Crater Lake. Our check in was so smooth and communication was superb. We would love to stay again.. very many thanks 🤩

great location!

Really great jumping off point for crater Lake and Lava beds monument. The grounds and facilities are very family friendly. would've been 5 stars save for the hot tub being down. But our host fixed it in short order! strong work. Could use a bit more of a deep clean, but that's nitpicking. We will very much return!

Hockey Retreat

Nice comfy condo for our hockey tournament getaway. Everything was great. Only negative was the deck was full of snow which was more like ice as it had been there awhile. It made access to the hot tube and bbq kind of difficult.

Beautiful deck and views

Our stay was great! The amenities were good, the deck, views and hot tub was the best feature! The size was great for a family and the kitchen was well supplied. Very nice to have a washer. The grounds are stunning.

Great place

Really nice and well maintained. Even though VRBO said the hot tub was was not working, the property owners said it was ready to go. I do a yearly golf trip to Running Y and this place was perfect.

Nice comfy townhouse

The townhouse was very nice and inviting. I would hire a different cleaning service though. We found stuff under the beds and on the floor. A dirty towel in one closet and someones bathing suit bottoms. An empty box in the kitchen in the middle of the floor and a dirty rag on the counter. The oven was very gross and we needed to clean out one of the freezer drawers to put ice in. But it had everything you would need, while on vacation. And some nice touches, such as popcorn and I think some hot cocoa on the counter in a basket. Games, and it was nice and warm when we got in.
