Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Not only is the house beautiful, but the property is beautiful, too! We had a blast playing pool, and exploring outside. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado.

Perfect

We were pleasantly surprised with the property! Spacious, clean, well-stocked, quiet, and comfortable. The pool table and dart board were a big hit with our boys. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the perfect weather. We will definitely stay here again!

Girlfriend getaway

The location was wonderful. We were greeted by huge turkeys and later mule deer. The deer visited most days, morning or evening. The house worked well for us and I understand the need for 4 wheel drive in winter months but not an issue for us. We sat on the porch and watched the wildlife as well as the stars.

Loved the place!!

The place was beautiful and the views outside were amazing!! My Family enjoyed the house, the games, the pool table and the deer that came to the doorstep. Would recommend and we would love to come back.

Colorado Family Vacation

The house was perfect and had everything we needed for the week. We had 8 people and plenty of room for everyone. Location is close to SO MANY things to do. The deer were there daily. We also had a beautiful fox on the deck! Obviously it didn't stay long but it was great seeing one!! Would definitely stay again and recommend this property for a great vacation spot!

Highly recommend!

The size and location of the property was perfect for our stay. The house was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities needed and then some. We enjoyed traveling to Woodland Park and Colorado Springs and in the evenings relaxing with a game or two of pool. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Best Time at Hilltop Haven!

Our family (local and long-distance) stayed here in June 2024. The property was beautiful and the house was just wow! Even the teenagers thought the house was "so cute" but they really enjoyed the game area the most. Learning to play pool and darts really kept them busy during all the visiting. The house was spacious and well-kept. It was a great trip and the privilege of staying in this house made it a great time!

Awesome Home

This vacation home did not disappoint! Awesome house and property! The wrap around deck is perfect to enjoy morning coffee or night cocktails with beautiful view. The fire pit was a hit and relaxing while enjoying nighttime s’mores and star gazing. We cannot wait to visit again!

Peaceful and relaxing

The home was wonderful and perfect for our stay. Everyone was very happy with the home and absolutely loved it. The features and amenities were perfect for our needs and provided a good home base for our trip to the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. I completely recommend it.

Annual family trip

The views are amazing and the house was perfect for mutiple generations. We had deer visit every day and they aren't shy. We really didn't spend a while lot of time at the house but morning coffee taking in the views and late evenings utilizing the downstairs game room were highlights. Would definitely atay there again.

Home away from home

The house beat our expectations. It was super clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. There was plenty of room for all for our family without feeling crowded. The location was perfect close enoigh to fabulous places/acrivities but nestled up in the mountains to enjoy the scenery, wildlife and cool temperatures in July. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Peaceful, relaxing stay.

The home was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I had 5 friends arrive for our trip to the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The home was very peaceful and extremely quiet. We had elk, deer, and a fawn arrive during the stay. We sat around the campfire a couple nights and just enjoyed an incredibly peaceful stay. The amenities in the home were wonderful and made it very easy for everyone to relax, eat, and enjoy the stay. I would absolutely stay again.

Lots of space! Clean!

We stayed with a family of 10 and having room to spread out was a priority for us. This house was the perfect fit. It was very clean! The washer and dryer were nice and had all the supplies for your stay. There wasn't one thing that I needed in the kitchen that I couldn't find. (Except the main kitchen lights and they are above the stove top :) On the beautiful deck you will find a bird feeder and a hummingbird feeder that are always a happening spot. Bird watching was great, bring your binoculars. Also a fantastic clean grill. I was hesitant on the location because getting to "town" was at least a 10-15 min drive. We learned how to plan our day accordingly pretty quickly. But it was so beautiful being away from everything! Knowing what I know and experienced, I'm sad I had any doubts on this place. The game room downstairs was fun too.. The deer are definitely home here! They wander around so close to house it's fun to watch. That's the only wildlife we saw besides birds. My overall feel was that the owners take every detail into consideration and that made our stay very nice.

Fun family time

Our family of six adults and three children enjoyed four nights at this property. The home is as described and pictured. Plenty of room for all of us. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again. Comments about wild life are true. We saw deer-does, fawns and bucks daily, turkeys, foxes and a bear on the last evening!!!!! That was a treat and quite a surprise, it was on the hill next to us in the woods, lumbering along. Highly recommend the property.

Great spot for a family reunion.

This house was just as pictured and perfect for our family get together. There was lots of room, the kitchen was well stocked and it was clean. We enjoyed the game area, but had so much fun outside. We saw friendly wildlife and enjoyed hanging around the firepit! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great vacation home.

This was our first renting through VRBO.

This was the first time we have rented with Vrbo, it was a great experience. The property was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, secluded yet not far from the tourist attractions.Thank you for the fabulous experience. We would definitely rent this place again and we will definitely be using Vrbo in the future!!
