Nice home in a great location

This is a lovely home in a great location- just minutes to deer valley. The house had plenty of space and worked well for our three generation group. All enjoyed the hot tub. Bedding was comfortable. Communication with property manager was seamless.

Great Home for big family

We enjoyed our stay so much. Plenty of room for our extended family of 9. Enjoyed cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen and sitting by fire playing games and doing puzzles. We loved walks up the mountains and hot tubbing. Management company was very responsive and assisted with needs we had. Highly recommend this property!

Unreal property, fantastic location.

Our yearly boys ski trip - wanted to be close to DV without spending the GDP of Norway on the hotel that is ski in/ski out and ended up here - had a lot of people (7) and thought it would be impossible to find someplace for all of us to sleep and have our own bathrooms comfortably but this ended up being PERFECT. Would absolutely rent this again. Had to buy a coffee maker for the property because all they had was this weird fancy one that we all found difficult to use, but for $30, now the property is even MORE usable :)

Simply Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay in Park City! This house was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The location was perfect and the home was super private. Extremely bright and airy with Mountain Views. Incredible bedrooms and family gathering areas! The hot tub was an amazing end to a fantastic day! The management company went above and beyond to frequently check in to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. Very clean and luxurious! We didn’t want to leave… incredible memories!

Overall nice stay

We had a nice stay at the house. It was spacious and comfortable. However, the furniture in the living room, dining room, and 2nd floor lounge area is tired and should be replaced. Some of it seems to be damage from a cat. I would also suggest that an overview of the house be available at the house. It would be helpful for renters to be able to review. It would also save many email/text back and forth.

Great house, property mgmt lacking and dated interior

I thought the house was amazing but the property mgmt company lacked with certain details including the property not being equipped with toilet paper when we arrived in some bathrooms, showers had hair in them and stains on most interior furniture. No duvet covers on beds which is just weird and a cleanliness issue. We had a clogged disposal that took 3 days to repair and reeked during the stay. Pretty disappointing when the property mgmt company said they would fix next day and showed up 2 days later not even at the time specified. Other than that, location is great and some amenities good, house is large but just needs some attention to detail for the price. Wouldn’t stay again, but would choose the same area. Wish I could say better.

Fantastic stay!

Our family (two adults, two teens) stayed in this home with my cousin and her family (two adults, two teens) for one week. We had an amazing time and were very sad to leave! The house is located in a peaceful, charming neighborhood, and is beautifully decorated. The great room area (family room, kitchen) was very spacious and allowed us to spend quality time together. The teens also had their own dedicated living area to chill/relax on the lowest level of the house which was a plus. The number of rooms worked well for our party. The kitchen was well-stocked with many items that helped us cook breakfast everyday and lunch/dinners on some days. The large hot tub was a lot of fun at the end of an active day of snowshoeing/skiing. The location was perfect -- very close to Deer Valley Resort (5 min drive) and Park City (7-8 min drive) -- we were able to get to most places (grocery store, liquor store) easily and quickly in our rental car. We highly recommend this property!

Nice home but was charged for damage on house that was already there!

Enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that left us upset upon departure. The kitchen was slightly damaged, dishwasher didn’t roll in and out, 1 cupboard had handle not screwed in above fridge, and most importantly had my credit card charged for a cracked window pane on a cupboard that was ALREADY damaged upon arrival. Also dishes were stacked dirty and the BBQ was very poor condition for a luxury home. Hot tub was great, master bedroom very nice, location was convenient, TV and Sonos was also nice. It would have been an ideal stay if I hadn’t been charged for damage that already existed in the home.

Good Location

The property is spacious but the furnishings are tired. The kitchen has most items needed but the cupboard contents could use some organizing. Basic amenities like garbage bags and dish soap were missing. This could be a fabulous property with some more attention to detail and organization.

This house has everything!

We used this home as a family vacation with our grown children and their mates. We all live to cook and were so happy to see this place was equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Also, the views were amazing and we even saw a moose in the back yard!

Winter wonderland

From booking thru our stay everything about the experience was 1st class. iTrip was extremely helpful and available. We had several young kids with us. They couldn’t wait to get home everyday from the slopes to play or watch movies in the theater. Would highly recommend to any family traveling to the Park City area.

Luxury mountain living!

We had the best time over Thanksgiving week at this luxury mountain home. We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 6 and it was a perfect layout and space for us. The basement had a comfy living area and bunk bed room with en suite. The main floor had living area, kitchen and 4th bedroom, which also had an en suite. Up a floor was the huge master bedroom, library and access to outdoor patio w/ jacuzzi. The top floor had the 2nd bedroom with en suit and loft which looked over the living/kitchen. We spent most of our time in living/kitchen and people had great privacy when they wanted to get away or go to sleep to the bedrooms. The house and neighborhood are beautiful. It is upscale with high-end finishes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook and present during big dinner party. We cooked and ate Thanksgiving dinner and had access to everything we would have in our own kitchen. Location is a 0.5 mile from Deer Valley ski resort. It is a short walk(a couple houses)to access hiking trails and a short drive(5 minutes) to be in downtown Park City. We would love to come back and enjoy again.
