Quick 2-block walk to 5th Ave, popular for its many restaurants, bars, shops, & boutiques. Food choices abound, but here are 3 restaurants we recommend nearby:

Getting Around:

The condo is an easy 45-minute drive from Cancun’s International Airport. We’re happy to arrange private transportation for you!



Once you arrive, you can walk to everything you want to do in town. You can also rent a bike, and there’s a nice bike path along 10th Avenue. If you do choose to rent a car, you’ll appreciate the free parking at Playa Village.



Taxis are plentiful, and there are two ADO bus stations in Playa, with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states.

In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS in downtown Playa that operate from 10 am to 10 pm (maximum 6 hours). You must look for the digital meter to pay and display your receipt on the dashboard or risk the car being immobilized.



PARKING LOTS/GARAGES IN DOWNTOWN Playa del Carmen:

There are also four main parking lot/garages:

- Under Quinta Alegría Mall. The entrance is on Constituyentes Avenue between 10th Avenue and 5th Avenue.

- Tendenza Parking is on 10th Avenue between 14th Street and 14 Bis Street

- Plaza Pelícanos - 10th Avenue between 8th and 10th Street

- 34th Street and 10th Avenue. 24hr car park (not underground)



All parking is reasonably priced. Prices are about 10-20 pesos an hour and about 200 pesos for 24-hour parking.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



House Rules

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted; illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization, and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food, or coolers are not allowed in the pool; the use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.



Security Deposit:

A security deposit of $400.00 is required upon your arrival, and the amount will be returned to you before you check out, provided there’s no damage or anything requiring repair due to an incident during your stay.



A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.




Stays of 21 nights or longer require a mandatory cleaning service every 21 days. The fee is $60 USD per cleaning, charged every 21 days for the duration of your stay.



- Additional Services -

We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked before your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.



We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!



Services such as water and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Occasional Power Outages:

Please note that occasional, brief power outages may occur in the area, particularly during the rainy season. These interruptions are generally temporary and are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding should one occur during your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the lockbox, and you’ll have complete privacy during your stay.
