Detta helt underbar egenskap är precis som en spridning i Coastal Living Magazine. Det är perfekt för en stor familj med 6 sovrum och 4 badrum. Varje rum i huset är inrett i Cape Cod stil dekor och ingenting glöms bort. Det finns ett formellt eldstäkt vardagsrum, gasen eldstaden familjerummet har en stor 52 "plattskärms-TV, fantastiska kockens kök med en varg gasspis och toppen av linjen apparater. 3 sovrum på 1: a våningen tillsammans med 2 fulla bad. På andra våningen finns 2 extra sovrum och en sittgrupp med 46 "plattskärms-TV och ett nyrenoverat badrum med regndusch. Det finns också en helt färdig lägre nivå med underbara travertinplattor på golvet, anpassad bar med kylskåp och 70 "plattskärms-TV med nya inbyggda och öppen spis (foto kommer snart), ett extra sovrum som ser ut till poolen tillsammans med ett biljardbord, bordtennisbord, fotbolls-bord, stor sektionssoffa med stor plattskärms-TV och DVD så barnen kan titta medan de vuxna leker poolen. Den lägre nivån har också franska dörrar som öppnar poolområdet och ett extra badrum.

Möblerna är mestadels Pottery Barn, lokala Cape boutiquer och europeiska land antikviteter. Ett däck med ett stort bord att sitta och äta på medan du tittar över poolen. Nedanför vid poolen är ett mycket stort trä Pottery Barn bord med och paraply. Det finns en ultimat Weber gasgrill för att laga stekarna på efter en lång dag på stranden. Den utomhus boyta är spektakulär med i mark pool (tillval uppvärmd), nyligen pavered eldstaden område som bland hortensior, 1/2 storlek basketplan, spela-set och sandlåda, stor inhägnad gård och utrymme att spela volleyboll , baseboll, fotboll, etc. Det finns också en skärmad lusthus med bord och stolar för kort eller happy hour på kvällen bort från buggarna. Huset är utrustat med allt du behöver på din Cape Cod semester. Det finns barn leksaker, leksaker pool, pool mattor, solstolar, en stor kylare, barn aktiviteter, och vuxna böcker och spel. Det finns också Wi-Fi, Kabel-TV, DVD-spelare och 5 stora plattskärms-TV i olika delar av huset. Huset ligger ca 1 1/4 miles från Breakwater Beach och 1/2 mil till Brewster General Store. Huset ligger på en privat återvändsgränd med mycket integritet men ändå nära till allt. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår!

Beautiful home for a family vacation!

We very much enjoyed staying in this home. The landscaping was beautiful and there was plenty of room for 12 people. The pool was a favorite!! Brewster was a great place as it was not super crowded and we enjoyed being near the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Brewster Hideaway

We loved our time in Brewster. Tucked away is this oasis of a home. Private and quiet down a street away from the main road. Gorgeous home with all the amenities and plenty of space for our party of 9. You never have to leave the property given the pool area, playground, basketball court and firepit. You will not be disappointed.

ONeal Cape Cod 2024

We were fortunate to rent a fabulous home on the Cape with every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen was fully stocked, the grandkids enjoyed the pool, the fire pit in the evening was a perfect ending to each perfect day … with s’mores!! There even was a large selection of books - to cuddle up on the deck or in the screened in porch with your cup of coffee. Pool floats, corn hole and a half basketball court also added to our fun days!! We know we are coming back and look forward to the next adventure!

Incredible Cape Cod Rental Property!

My family and I had the pleasure of recently staying at this beautiful home in Brewster, MA. This property has an excellent balance of amenities (e.g., heated pool, firepit, basketball court, playground, walkout finished basement with game room, etc.), privacy and location to many local beaches, shopping stores and great restaurants. Nanci (the Owner) and Patty (the Property Manager) were both very professional, thoughtful and responsive throughout the rental process. My family and I had had a wonderful vacation staying here and I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to book an unforgettable future trip to Cape Cod!

Cape Cod Heaven

Beautifully decorated quintessential Cape Cod family home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Quaint town in quiet neighborhood. Brewster is well situated for exploring the Cape. Highly recommend!

Lovely accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay at Nanci's property in Brewster. There were an abundance of living rooms/spaces for the 12 of us to spread out and do our own activities. The pool was welcome bonus and our kids spent many hours there. The proximity to the bike, rail trail was key for visiting ponds and getting some exercise.

We had a family vacation at Cape Cod. 6 adults and 4 kids. The property was large enough for everyone to fit comfortably. The house was just as it looks in the pictures, gorgeous!! There was plenty of room to spread out and the pool and yard was wonderful.

Great stay!

The house and property was perfect for our family. Swimming during the day with our grandchildren and dinner outside in the evening overlooking the pool. Spacious house and quiet off the main road location.

Perfect Family Retreat

This house was great for our family of 13! The ages ranged from 67 to 1 and there was something for everyone. The kitchen is a great size and it opens nicely into a large booth and table. The outdoor seating area is huge as well. I was nervous about the pool with my one year old, but there is no easy way to get to it unless you go through the basement so that was very comforting. We loved that there were two sitting areas: One bright sunny room to relax in after breakfast and another to hang out and play games that was tucked away from the rest of the sleeping house :) Nancy was great with restaurant suggestions and timely communication as well. The only bummer was that there was no way to ride bikes with the kids from this property. It's definitely tucked off the main road really well, but with the main road so busy, it's not possible to ride with kids anywhere. There appeared to be a few local places to take your bikes to though. All in all, great stay with our large family! Thank you Nancy :)

Awesome Vacation

What a beautiful home and area to plan a relaxing and restful vacation with family. The pictures showing the home speak for themselves. I was able to spend a week's vacation with my family last Sept at this amazing house. It has everything you would need + many more extras. We are heading back there again the end of June, 2017. I can't wait. I have been looking forward to this vacation from the time we checked out last September. The weather was perfect and we were able to use the pool everyday. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and beautiful. This home has so much to offer. We not only enjoyed the comforts of the extra large kitchen, we also grilled on the deck, swimming everyday and my little nephews enjoyed the swing set. Plus there is a basketball court. The ground level has an amazing family room with a pool/tennis table, a small bar area w/frig and so much more. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas all beautifully designed with a Cape Cod feel and it makes it so relaxing and enjoyable just being there. The owner (Nanci) was so accommodating with ideas for activities, attractions and restaurants in the Brewster and adjacent towns. Me, and my family had the the best time. Looking forward to June. Spectacular doesn't do this place justice!

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. It felt like a true getaway with all of the amenities of home! Each room is esquisitely decorated and every time I have stayed (3 times total) there is something new that I discover in the details! I have stayed both with family and with friends and every new person that visits or stays in this house is in awe. There are plenty of spacious areas to "hang out" in, including a huge living room with gigantic sectional couch, kitchen area and fabulous kitchen table (this place is so amazing I am mentioning my love for the kitchen table) for playing board and card games (which Nanci provides), a finished basement with bar area and pool table, and a gorgeous pool and fire pit area. In addition to all of the areas for gathering, there are also areas that you can escape to (if need be), especially when you vacation with as many people as this place holds! I sleep upstairs and the room I stay in is closed off and has a bookshelf built into the wall where Nanci keeps a variety of books. There are 2 other built-in bookcases around the house and she has over 100 different book titles. There is also a small porch hidden off one of the bedrooms that is perfect for escaping and taking in the crisp Cape Cod air. The pool is hotel quality! It is enormous, heated and she supplies all of the necessary towels and rafts to make the pool experience that much more magical! (No more packing all of those bulky towels and rafts!) Nanci is very knowledgeable about the area and is a great resource for providing information about dining out (or in)! This place is so beautiful and has everything we needed that we didn't even go to the beach, the house in-and-of itself is a destination, never mind the rest of Cape Cod! Look forward to this vacation every year! Worth every penny!

Simply amazing - what a beautiful home!!!

This is one of the best vacation homes I've ever stayed at in such a quaint town. The home and grounds are breathtaking - so inviting and warm. All of us walked through the house with our jaws wide open. Simply beautiful. The "listing" description & pictures are completely accurate, well maintained and so clean. The pool was obviously an added bonus. Everything needed was there; both inside the home and around the pool area. We were happy just staying at the house the vacation. Swimming, grilling, basketball - just spending time with family. I would recommend this beautiful home in a heartbeat. The owner was great to deal with - so pleasant and helpful with suggestions re: restaurants, activities, etc. We will surely be returning. Thank you Nanci.
