Summary:
Set up for entertaining featuring an open plan entertaining space with the kitchen forming the heart of the living area. Just a short ride to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest and less than 10 minutes drive to Lake Okareka and the Blue Lake means you're perfectly placed to enjoy the city. The house has a seperate TV lounge with another living area opening to a covered outdoor area where you will be able to relax and enjoy a BBQ and a soak in the spa pool.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a new area of Lynmore. You are surrounded by other high quality homes and situated near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road. You are just a short ride to the trails in the Redwoods Forest, 7 minutes drive to the lakes and there are two great areas for shops and restaurants just minutes drive away. We also have the fantastic Good Eastern Tap House down the road to enjoy a meal or one of their excellent craft beers.

Getting Around:
We recommend a vehicle if staying however bus stops and taxis are easy to get from here.

Fantastic house in great location with everything we needed & more

Really comfortable, well setup, large property with a spa pool and pool table. Plenty of space, clean and tidy, well equipped and just perfect for our 2 families getting together to holiday in Rotorua.

Very close to neighbors

The house was comfortable and we looked forward to having a hot tub however, it felt like it was in the neighbor's yard as it was super close to them with zero privacy.There was an information package which included requesting that we respect the neighbors and keep things quiet after We were very well behaved and

Excellent property for a family break. Great location, peaceful and quiet. Enough room for family to be altogether but also individual space if needed. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Lovely holiday property.

Family holiday including partners.Lovely house, lovely views. Well maintained. Unfortunately i took notice of the bedroom photo's.Wording under photo 3 & 4 i think might need changing & that the bedroom with the two single beds is more of a kids room. My young adult daughter; 5ft 6 found the single bed not quite suited for a young adult. Just saying for future people .Otherwise a great place to stay in.

One of the best place we have ever stayed. Great fast communication. Extras in the house- pool table, games for kids and spa. All included in the price not like other places requiring extra charges. Big comfortable warm space for the whole family. Highly recommend and will come again….

Paradise

Peaceful and relaxing beautiful view of the sunrise and the animals on the hills. The spa was great but needed to be cleaned as it had a smell coming from it. Overall this place had everything you needed an was in short distance to the town city. I give this, top ratings.

Lovely house enjoyable stay

Easy to book and very suitable for a family. Everything we required was there. Washing powder, hand wash, dish washing liquid, dish washer tablets, toilet paper. All that was needed for our 5 night stay. Appreciated the BBQ, washing machine and drier. We appreciated having two towels each for our 5 night Stay. The spa was very much enjoyed by the family as we had cold wet weather. It was also great to have Netflix on the TV to entertain the younger children while the parents were biking in the Redwoods We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return when next visiting Rotorua.
