Valid ID and signed electronic rental agreement required to confirm reservation
One parking space per unit; additional parking may be arranged through the resort in advance
No boats or trailers permitted on property
No pets allowed
No smoking allowed in the suite or anywhere on the property — including all outdoor areas (this includes electronic/vape devices)
We reserve the right to reassign guests to a comparable unit if necessary
There are no refunds for early departures
