Great Place at the lake

Perfect lake vacation

We loved the house and the location! There’s a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and patio. We loved the mornings watching the ducks fly in. The evenings were nice and peaceful looking out at the lights reflecting the water. The house is located 5 minutes from the marina where we rented a boat from. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for several people to stay .

Family Lake Trip

Stayed over a busy holiday weekend. We were able to make meals for our group with the kitchen being stocked with essential cookware. Used the fire pit for s’mores, and of course the dock was the star of the weekend. The kids and adults had plenty of fun staying here. Very comfortable and accommodating!

Rest and relax

Great house - the only thing to keep in mind is the house and dock are off the main channel around mile marker 10 so lots of boats and jet skis - so lots of waves. If your prone to motion sickness you might want to stock up on Dramamine!

Perfect lake house for us

We had a great time at this lake house. It our two families needs perfectly. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the grill. We didn’t need it handled though while we were there because they also have a flat top cook top outside too that worked out great. Would definitely recommend this house.

Awesome get away!

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We loved the dock and the deck!! Spent so much time out there. The home was well stocked and just as pictured. The dock was a little beat up but not a big deal. This cove has a lot of big waves. That's my only complaint. I wish it had been a no wake cove. We truly enjoyed our week there and can't wait to go back!

No hot water

We ran out of hot water the first day. We assumed the hot water heater couldn't keep up but we didn't have hot water the remainder of the weekend. Also, there were some sort of bug nests in the corners of the walls and ceilings. A few dirty towels were in the property when we arrived as well. The owners and cleaners could do a better job.

Golf Trip

There were a few dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived at the house. We noticed there were big nests on corners of the ceiling in the living room. We ran out of hot water Friday evening and we did not have any hot water in any faucet or bathroom for the remainder of our trip.

Ozark Adventure

Wonderful adventure on the water with gorgeous view from home, deck and dock with tons to do or nothing at all to do if you just want to chill. 4th of July fireworks visible from multiple places around without leaving the house. We will be back!

Amazing getaway

We had the most amazing spring break at this property-everything was clean, well furnished as described in the pictures. The place was bright and beautifully furnished, well stocked, was pet and child friendly. We loved the amazing views from the living room-we will surely return again!

Every single thing about this property was 5 stars. The manager and homeowner went out of their way to make this weekend extra special for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. My parents had a fabulous time and could not stop raving about the house, location and thoughtful little details throughout. Thank you for a perfect weekend! We will be back!

Great Lake House with View!!

My wife, brother, and mother stayed 5 nights in this lake house. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. I gave this house a 5 star rating and here is why: 1.) Very Clean 2.) Had all necessary furnishings 3.) Modern/Updated look 4.) Great outdoor deck seating area (Spent most of our time here) 5.) Loved the windows/light in the living/dining area. We loved our stay and would recommend this property, but I would like to give some feedback on what could improve the experience more for the next group that comes in. 1.) Would not recommend for anyone that has kids as the staircase to the bedrooms is not child proof. The spindles are too far apart. I'm assuming that it's listed on VRBO to house kids as the upstairs has bunk beds. 2.) Add a bench in the rooms for people to sit on. This would be useful mainly in the Master Bedroom where the bed is raised. I was not able to sit anywhere in the bedroom to help me get ready such as putting on my shoes. I am fairly young at 36 so I managed, but for someone older this would be needed. 3.) The bedroom blinds allow too much light. As an alternative for people that like darkness, I would add curtains or blinds that limit more light. 4.) It would be nice to have TV's in each bedroom. 5.) The TV in the living room is not in a location where people can comfortably watch TV or a movie. We had to look straight up the whole time as it was very high and not enough room to sit far back enough to watch comfortably. With all the many awesome windows, it doesn't have much room for a TV in the location its at. Not sure I have a suggestion on where to put it though....maybe by the stairs. Even though I gave a few improvements, I want everyone to know we enjoyed our stay, would recommend for adults only, and would come back again. Thanks Evolve for a great trip!
