The Space:
Raintree Farmstay is located in the quiet town of Sarsfield, only 13 minutes from Bairnsdale and 20 minutes from the popular holiday destination, Paynesville. A beautiful town that is known as the boating capital of the region. It is an ideal place for anglers, windsurfers, jetskiers, and water skiers.

Mitchell River Tavern, Eagle Point, and 31 minutes from Lakes Entrance Beach are just a few of the nearby attractions in the area. A comfortable 155-square foot tiny home with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a double bed on the ground floor; sleeps 3 persons.

It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be some animal and traffic noise during your stay with us as we are a working farm located close to Great Alpine Road.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

- Sarsfield Estate Winery is a small farm located in the lakes and wilderness that produces high-premium wines.

- No smoking allowed on the property
- No pets are allowed on the property

- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
