Excellent

Unit was extremely clean with a great view these two things are most important to us. The communication between us and the hosts were outstanding. Our trip was scheduled right after hurricane Debby passed through the area. He kept us informed of any issues which thankfully was none. Easy access to beach and to where we parked. Also close to the elevator super convenient. We have nothing but good to say about this unit and its owners.

Great time and great host

Our unit was in excellent shape and the location was perfect. All amenities in the unit worked great. Dave and Lila made the check in process very easy. Very pleasant stay - my wife and I have stayed at Seawatch 18 times and this was the best unit we have ever stayed in. Thanks to Dave and Lila for being great hosts. We hope to be back soon.

Mother/Daughter Trip

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here in Myrtle Beach! The room was very clean and well-stocked. Dave and Lila are amazing hosts and provide a lot of little extras you don't normally get on vacation (beach towels, sand chairs, umbrella) as well as trash bags, paper towels, TP, etc. The facility is also really nice with pools, hot tubs, sun deck, poolside bar, live music, Starbucks and ice cream shop, just to name a few. Highly recommend!

This property was beautiful. Exactly the way it was described in the listing. Amazing view of the ocean and pool. Good location to the elevators/parking ramp. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating. They made check in and out very smooth. Would highly recommend!

Last minute change of plans

Dave and Lila were very responsive, even helping us to get this property reserved less than one day prior to our arrival. Property was exactly what we needed for a Long Beach weekend getaway. Clean condo with everything we needed, nice facilities with multiple pools and hot tubs. Beautiful beach.

Clean, well equipped condo in good location

The unit was as described. This was the third different Sea Watch unit that my wife and I have stayed in the past few years and it was by far the cleanest. The communication with Dave prior to arrival and after our departure was excellent. The keyless entry was a real plus and saved time upon arrival and departure. We did not experience any problems during our stay and will certainly try to reserve this unit the next time we travel to Myrtle Beach.

Great balcony view

You couldn’t ask for a better pool and ocean view than this. From the check in to check out, Dave and Lila was responsive to our needs. Everything was as pictured. The only thing that wasn’t evident from the pictures and description is the outside door opens into bedroom. But bed was very comfortable and we both slept well.

Highly recommend - updated/clean condo - great hosts

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Condo is clean, updated and very well maintained. The oceanfront balcony overlooks pool and Tikki bar. We spent most days at the pool as resort had daily activities as well as DJ/music. Beach access right off pool made it easy to jump between pool and ocean. Great hosts - Dave and Lila made us feel welcome and greeted us with keys upon arrival. They were very hospitable and had a bottle of wine waiting in the room. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful condo and hosts

The condo was clean very easy to access. The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. We had everything we needed and Dave and Lila were so friendly and accommodating. Also enjoyed the convenience of Starbucks coffee downstairs and an on-site restaurant with ocean views. The location is great too! We would definitely return.

Clean and Comfortable Condo

This condo was perfect for us. We love a clean room with no clutter. The view was beautiful and the resort offered pools, workout room, restaurant and most anything you need. There’s no reason to leave once you arrive. We felt relaxed all week. We will definitely come back to Sea Watch and rent this unit.

This property was just as advertised. Having no surprises is a good thing on vacation. We have been coming to Myrtle for many years and love the area. Really pleased to find this new area. The owners were exceptional.

This upgraded North Tower Condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Also, the condo is on the 4th floor and close to the elevator for convenience. You over look the pool area and tiki bar and see the beach and ocean at the same time. People love it!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We did a major upgraded in 2018. We installed new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new granite countertops. We installed new lights and hardware. We painted the condo and added a new refrigerator. Freshly painted in 2020.
