Sandy Breeze is a charming 3-bedroom canal front home with a fantastic pool, patio, and dock. Entering the home, guests are greeted with a cozy living area and dining space. Complete with a large flat screen TV and wall to wall sliding glass doors. Light filters into this space to make the area feel welcoming. A beautiful kitchen is tucked around the corner and features lots of counter space and stainless-steel appliances. A laundry area is off the kitchen. Unwind in the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and en suite with walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen and twin bed with TV while the second guest bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed. A guest bathroom is in the hall and offers a tub/shower combo. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
