This beautiful new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse apartment has a massive wrap around balcony, views over Manly to the ocean and the Cardinal’s Palace. Professionally decorated by an interior designer, it is located 2 mins walk from Fairlight Village where you'll find a choice of four popular cafes, a well-stocked supermarket, butcher, bakery, hairdressers, etc. Manly Beach and Manly wharf are only 850m away.

This apartment can accommodate 6 people and has a massive wrap around balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning sunrise. In the evenings enjoy a glass of wine while watching the world go by as the sun sets.

• A comfortable queen-sized sofa bed is in the living room for extra guests (additional cost)

The apartment is on the border of Manly and Fairlight and a short walk to popular Fairlight Village. With a supermarket, liquor shop, cafes, hairdressers, butcher, newsagent, chemist and homewares and medical centre, your everyday needs are just a block away. Manly and everything it has to offer is a short 6 minute walk. Please note the apartment is on a hill overlooking Manly. Buses regularly travel up and down Sydney Road should you not wish to walk.
With bus stops outside your door, you can get just about anywhere without a car. Walk to Manly Wharf and jump on the ferry to Sydney CBD to see the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Stop off at Watson's Bay or the Quarantine Station and take in views of Sydney Harbour and Sydney Heads. Jump on a bus and head further up the Northern Beaches stopping off at Warringah Mall or the many beaches along the way and further up to Palm Beach.

We love to travel - even if it's only a couple of hours away during COVID-19. We started hosting people at our own property just over 3 years ago. We've stayed in AirBnbs and Hotels overseas. I enjoy hosting so much, I've made a business of managing other peoples' properties. I enjoy seeing my guests have a wonderful holiday. Cleanliness, comfort and communication are my priority when catering to my guests. I inspect properties after they've been cleaned to ensure they meet my high standards.

Here you’ll also find a supermarket, medical centre, cafes, butcher, chemist, hairdressers, bakery and gift shop. Alternatively, it's a 6 minute walk to Manly with its many shops and restaurants.
