Welcome home to Dundas West! This charming character home originally built over 100 years ago is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily Toronto Life. Multiple living spaces ensure that you have plenty of room for daily activities during your stay, whether you are enjoying cooking in the chef’s kitchen, working out in the gym space provided, or getting down to business in the executive office, you are sure to feel completely at home.

Indoor brick walls add to the historic feel of this urban getaway, which is a fully integrated smart home. You’ll also be surrounded by carefully curated plants, adding a touch of beautiful greenery to every room, that are cared for by a bi-weekly plant nanny so there is nothing for you to worry about.

The house is equipped with a fantastic sound system as well as a record player and a library of records for you to unwind to, along with a large selection of books for you to choose from and enjoy during your stay.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware for anything you envision whipping up for yourself and your guests! A Nespresso machine sits on the coffee bar along with a french press and state of the art temperature controlled kettle for all of your caffeine needs.

The spacious basement is where you will find your home theater room, complete with an extra large sectional for your viewing comfort, as well as a dedicated space for fitness including yoga mats, foam roller, resistance bands and various other fitness tools for your use.

Outdoor spaces galore are sprinkled throughout the home, including a front veranda perfect for people watching, a large outdoor living space off one of the bedrooms, and a fully developed backyard space which includes a propane fireplace for chilly nights and a fully stocked propane barbecue for all your grilling needs.

Both bedrooms are a great size and each include plenty of storage space for clothing. High end linens wrap each brand new mattress to ensure the dreamiest of sleeps. Both bedrooms are also equipped with Dyson fans for that perfect amount of fresh air and white noise while you drift off.

There is no lack of attention to detail and high end finishes in this home, from light fixtures to linens, you will be extremely comfortable and happy during your stay here.
