Approximately 1 mile to Saint's Landing Beach and a short distance to General Stores and churches. Galleries and antique stores nearby and short drive to Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and hiking. This stunning three bedroom, two and a half bath home was fully renovated in 2012 by master builder specializing in historic properties.

First floor offers a gourmet kitchen with huge island, open dining area, family room, full laundry room, walk-in storage area and half bath. Second floor has a master bedroom with view of the pond, walk-in closet and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

This exceptional home is beautifully decorated and has central air conditioning and high speed wireless internet, computer with printer, and a Keurig coffee maker. An over-sized deck overlooks a gorgeously manicured lawn. Private dock on serene fresh water pond can be used to launch your kayak or for fishing. Garage available for your bikes or beach gear.

Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
