What is the cancellation policy?
Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:
Hyatt Vacation Club Resorts
Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation payment of 50USD regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - 50USD cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellations + 50USD cancellation fee

The Splash-a-Torium indoor pool, spa and slide will be closed for refurbishment through May 2025. During this time, the outdoor pool and hot tub is expected to remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
