Escape to a tranquil setting on the beautiful Pauanui Golf Course. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, our modern and spacious house has something for everyone. Enjoy stunning views from one of the two large decks, while listening to the sound of birds and wildlife. Unwind with a dip in one of the two pools (available in the summer) or stay active at the onsite gym.

Our large, modern house is perfect for groups of friends or families with four spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. As part of the golf course society, guests have access to the recreation centre including the gym and pools, adding to the endless possibilities for enjoyment during your stay. Self check-in is a breeze with our keyless entry system.

We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and our team is available via phone, text, or email to assist you with anything you need.

This gated community not only offers safety and security, but also a peaceful escape from the busy city life. Sit back and relax as you enjoy the sound of birds and watch golfers pass by. With activities such as golfing, swimming, and biking straight from the property, you can be as busy or as relaxed as you choose. To maintain the tranquil atmosphere, parties are not allowed, and we kindly ask that no animals are brought inside the gated area.

Getting around is easy by car or bicycle, giving you the freedom to explore the stunning surroundings.

Leave your worries behind and enjoy a game of golf or a swim at the beach. Watch the sunset over the hills from the comfort of your deck. Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach or pool towels. Let us help you create unforgettable memories at our beautiful Pauanui retreat.
At the end of the stay please put the dishes in the dishwasher and set it going.
Please ensure all lights, aircons, heating, and heated towel rails are switched off.
Please leave all towels in the bathrooms.

Augusta Grand A wonderful house and setting

Lovely house

Fabulous Property

A great house, very spacious, modern and well equipped. A lovely peaceful outlook over the golf course It suited our extended family very well, We were there for our younger sons wedding. Communication with host was excellent and access very easy. Would definitely recommend

Augusta NZ

We were a party of 9 i.e.5 adults and 4 teens. We were able to play golf use the Recreation Club Gym and pool facilities and spend time at the beach and on walks. Altogether activity for everyone, and then come home to drinks and a BBQ. Augusta was a great and well equipped home away from home for us all. Thanks Jenny for making it possible. Cheers Jim

Beach Hop stay

Nice place, great location! The only reason for 4 stars is because there was no cleaning products or dishcloths provided. An oversight by the cleaners. Also a lack of towels and toilet paper, I’ll assume another oversight by the cleaners? Aside from that, a great time was had by all. Really helped having use of the garage, so our classic cars could be out of the elements! Would definitely stay here again if the hosts would have us 😊

Epic Holiday Stay

What an Epic Stay at a stunning Mansion with stunning views. This property was well equipt, beautifully decorated and appointed, it was spacious, luxurious yet homely, we can't wait to book again (we spent the last night simply trying to find an excuse to come back again the following year lol). Family weekend getaway

A long awaited family weekend away worked very well for us in this beautiful house with restful surroundings. Children enjoyed the pool and adults the gym. The bikes were fun to use too! Great communication with host.

Fabulous Stay

I took my team away so that we could reset, refocus, and have some fun together. This place did not disappoint! It’s so spacious and huge that our large group of 10+ adults never grew tired of each other’s company. If one wanted to spend some time alone there was plenty of space available to them. The boys enjoyed the golf course as well, while the girls braved the winter chill for a pool dip! I made the most of the gym as well. It truly was a special time away, and we are all feeling much better for it. Grateful for the hosts in being a part of our teams weekend.

Lovely Location and Amazing Amenities

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jenny’s VRBO. She provided prompt, regular communication with us and responded to questions quickly. A lovely location backing onto a golf course. In addition, a very spacious house with features which made our stay very comfortable. It was a great place to stay with our extended family.

Great house!!

The house was perfect! lots of space and a great place to chill out, even though the weather wasn't great, it felt so cozy inside. The kids loved it and their only disappointment was that the swimming pools were too cold to mess around in but you would expect that in the middle of winter. Great outside space overlooking the golf course with a great barbecue! One suggestion would be to invest in an outside heater for the winter, but other than that I would 100% recommend staying here. You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the house.

What a find!!!

We took our 3 kids on holiday and let them each bring a friend so we had 6 kids between the ages of 11-15. When we got to the property all of us spent the first 5 minutes yelling out things like “oh my gosh!” and “this is amazing!” as we toured the house. It’s a beautiful big home that is furnished perfectly and it exceeded our expectations the entire trip. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day for 8 of us. The pools and gym facilities are just down the road and we used them everyday. The outdoor furniture is beautiful, the lounge is cozy and the dining table is big and fit 8 of us. The gated community itself is perfect for kids and we felt fine letting them adventure out and explore. Two of them brought bikes and there is a great bike trail into town. Honestly, we couldn’t believe what a gem we’d found! Perfect property, perfect location and the owners made everything a breeze! We will definitely be back!

Jenny är värd

I have been holidaying in Pauanui for the last 39 years. I love the area and have been coming here for every Christmas Day, summer holiday period, and on average every second weekend throughout the year. I love winter down here almost as much as summer. Being snuggled up on the couch with the fire going is really relaxing for me. Going for a winter beach walk when it is all stormy and an aggressive ocean is every bit a beautiful as the glassy turquoise water of summer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this special home because of the spectacular views and sunsets. The large decks for relaxing having a drink, watching the golfers go by during the day and hearing nothing but nature at night time.

Just across the main road there is the bike trail, which is a lovely scenic trail through the forest and rivers edge to Pauanui
