Enjoy some serious R&R with expansive 180 degree views of Rice Lake and Trent River!
Our fully renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom year-round cottage sits on a half-acre lot with great privacy and beautiful south-western exposure. The retreat features 125 feet of private water frontage and is only 1 mile to the Village of Hastings for easy access to groceries, restaurants and more!

Bring your own boat (or rent ours!) to enjoy 40 miles of lock-free boatingâŠ.you can boat all the way to Peterborough if you choose!
The cottage features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and was extensively renovated over the course of 2017. It is fully insulated for year round use and is truly one of a kind!

Golf! â Oakland Greens Golf Club only 6 KM north of the property. Several other courses within 20-30 mins!
