Perfect getaway

This place is amazing, Dwayne the property manager is A and responded immediately to the minor issues we had with the pool and clothes washer. House was perfect for our large group of 14 and still had lots of room to spread out. Fishing off the dock was not amazing but there were lots of fish fish swimming around for they kids to watch.

Wonderful family vacation

As a family of 14 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and the hot tub were a hit with the kids. We rented a boat and it was very convenient to dock it at the home. Thanks for hosting us!

Loved it!

The house was beautiful and stocked with a cooler and beach chairs, along with pool toys, sand toys, high chair and pack and play. They even had a gate to block off the stairs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out if they wanted. We watched the March Madness games poolside, which was amazing. Dwayne, the property manager is so friendly and answered any question we had. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kayaks were fun to use during down time and some fish were caught from dock. It’s a beautiful property in a nice area and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Perfect for Us

This is a beautiful, spacious home. Loved the open concept and the dining table that seated 10. Family enjoyed fishing off the dock and use of the heated pool and hot tub. Nice large gas grill. Nice neighborhood within a couple miles of main routes to stores and activities. I would recommend this home, especially if you have a larger group. We had 11 and never felt crowded. Dwayne responded quickly when needed to make our staff great!

The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The kids had plenty of room and pretty much stayed in the pool the whole time. Actually, we loved it so much we’ve already decided we will be back soon enough. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic place for a group of friends to hang out

Duane and the owner Gerard were great to work with extremely responsive to our needs. House was well equipped for all our needs, pool and spa were great, location is prime for getting to many activities. We had a large group and everyone had a blast!

Winter escape

We’re a group of siblings and spouses escaping cold winters. The house was big enough for the 8 of us to spread out. Loved the pool and hot tub. It was a nice place to hang out. Beautiful place

Such a beautiful property!!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is nice along with hot tub. The back deck has area for fishing. It is everything we can ask for from a vacation home. The owner is wonderful and very understanding and work with us. You will not be disappointed staying here. I will definitely return here again.

Great!

Great long weekend with the family. It was a beautiful house in a great neighborhood! The view of the canal was so peaceful and family really enjoyed the pool! The area isn’t far from local grocery stores and restaurants. Bonus was we were able to drive to captiva just an hour away. We will hopefully be back!

Perfect for our family of 12!

Plenty of space for all of us - ages infant to 74! Kitchen was well stocked but - being on vaca - almost all meals were while we were out. The pool and hot tub were great and easy to maintain/control the temp. Kayaks were provided but not very easy to launch. Property manager was extremely helpful, both thru emails before we arrived and on site after we were there.

Beautiful, convenient and relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay in Cape Coral. This home worked out perfectly for our large family. The house was clean and welcoming. They provide many extras; tons of towels, bedding, beach chairs, pool toys, bicycles, as well as all the kitchen necessities needed to cook meals. I cannot say enough good things...we would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and friendly. Thank you for offering such a great property as a vacation rental.

Perfect house for (big) families, we all loved it

We booked the house for a week with 12 people. (6 adults and 6 childs) We had a perfect week and everything was fantastic. The conversation with Gerard was perfect and the whole environment of the house was very good. BBQ, kitchen and the rooms are big enough for our group and there was nothing missing. The kids liked the pool and kayaking (which was included) and it’s also a good place to do some trips to the beach of Cape Coral or Fort Meyers (30 min by car) In general it was a very good decision to book this house and we plan to come back.

Great hiuse

This house was perfect for my family. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely to give everyone their privacy. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to whip up a meal. TVs in all of the bedrooms were great to have to wind down before heading to bed. The pool & hot tub are amazing. I spent a lot of time in the loungers that are sitting in the shallow end of the pool. The kayaks, beach furniture and cooler are great added amenities. The sunsets off the dock were absolutely amazing!! Dwayne was in communication with me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had about the house. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars house. We will definitely rent this house again if we return to the Cape Coral region.

Getaway Accomplished

When I sat with my wife to plan our summer vacation I wanted to go somewhere I could relax and refresh. I wanted to hang out in the pool all day, grill some steaks, drink some adult beverages (responsibly only 1...at a time) and do some fishing. When I saw this home I knew it would be the one. We arrived Wednesday afternoon and we're able to get comfortable right away. My family all had their own space and the loft was awesome place to send the kids so the adults could hang out. The pool and spa have a heater and were warm upon our arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with applicance and pots, pans, trays, utnecils, etc for our cooking needs. Owner is very responsive and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again. Too bad it's already booked for Thanksgiving!

Excellent accomodations for multi generation enjoyment

We spent 10 wonderful days in this beautiful spacious home nestled in the SW corner of Cape Coral. The home accommodated 4 generations of family members- parents (late 70's), us (late 50's), our 20 something kids, and our grand daughters. The kitchen was a good size with plenty of fridge space, pantry space, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. The pool was a great size for the kids and the attached spa was a hit with the adults and kids alike! The single floor layout was great for all of the ages. We have stayed in a few different places within Ft. Myers and Cape Coral over the years and this home met our needs very well. The grill and adequate kitchen space helped keep many of the meals and preparation on site. The minor items like pool and spa operation questions were answered quickly by the property manager Dwayne. Overall great stay and would recommend it to any family looking for a quiet place to relax and vacation in the Ft. Myers area. There are also walking paths, sidewalks, and biking lanes conveniently located at the end of this very quiet street if you are looking for daily exercise opportunities!

We had some challenges

Our stay was bringing together two families from Sweden and one from Seattle, WA over the Christmas holiday. Strong reviews about the condition and cleanliness of the house led to our choosing this listing. Unfortunately, there were some problems almost immediately: the grill outside was non-functioning, as was the dishwasher. While the grill was ultimately replaced midway through our stay, the dishwasher was never able to be repaired during our visit. This resulted in dishes having to be hand-washed for nine people, three meals a day, for seven days. There were also intermittent issues with the garbage disposal not allowing the kitchen sink to drain, though we managed to remedy those multiple times without having to call the owner or property manager. Additionally, the cleanliness of the house was not quite as described; walls and doors were dirty and the carpeted area had been stained, but overall the pool area and size of the house were adequate for our needs. It is too bad the experience was less than ideal with the issues that arose.
