Great location and super clean

We enjoyed the central location of the condo, just up from the breweries and walking distance to many great restaurants. Checkin was easy, and the place was very clean, exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome, comfortable, clean condo in a great location

We rented this condo during the week, so the price was beyond reasonable. The unit is huge, spotless, and has two great balconies. We walked downtown every day. The street noise could get a bit loud, it didn't really bother us but may consider investing in fans/sound makers for lighter sleepers. The TV was also very slow and didn't work at times, however since we didn't watch it often, we never brought this up to the host. Highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back some day soon! Thank you!

Great Condo

Great condo in a great location. Location was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and breweries. Condo was very clean and just as represented. Only downside was the street noise at night.

Brewery Trip

Perfect location! Within walking distance to all the downtown breweries, bars and shops. Very clean, spacious and secure. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Will definitely be back!!

Pleasant and relaxing

Great location. Once we parked upon arrival, we didn't get back in the car until after we checked out. There was plenty to see, shops and great food, all within walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

Quick girlsweekend/co-worker weekend

Three of us came to Asheville for a quick girls weekend. The property was spotless and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the porches were great for morning coffee. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The area felt very safe and walkable. Would most certainly stay here again.

Trip with fry

Condo was comfortable and clean. Good location within walking distance to restaurants. Parking was secure and convenient. The condo is perfect for two couples with two master bedrooms with bathrooms. Will definitely recommend this condo.

Christmas fun

This is a great condo so close to downtown. It would be nice to have electric fireplace for the winter season. We could not figure out the ice maker. Would stay again!

Perfect spot for girls trip

Stayed here with four girls for a chill Asheville winter weekend. It was the perfect location for us. We had two girls each sharing a comfy king bedrooms with 2 large en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of couch space for us to play games and drink wine at night. Patios off of each bedroom were nice to have. Super clean! Elevators, safe parking garage, excellent communication from host. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable home.

My husband and I love visiting Asheville and come up at least a couple of times a year. This condo has to be the most beautiful and comfortable rental property that we’ve stayed at to date. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture, which isn’t always the case and makes lounging not as pleasurable. The home was clean with secure parking which we love because we tend to walk everywhere. The location is great, with a food coop, restaurants and shops very close by. I highly recommend visiting the best coffee shop in Asheville which is tucked away and also within walking distance, Penny Cup Coffee. We would love to stay again on our future trips. Thank you!

Easy, convenient, as advertised

Property was very neat, clean, accessible. Easy to and from. Well maintained. The email communication was thorough and complete, easily understandable. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 for communication only because I was not given a phone number to call in case I had an emergency, only an email address. Although, there were no issues for which any call was needed. I would stay at this location again.
