10/42 Bayview Apartment is a stylish unit with air conditioning , water views, Wi-Fi and a complex lift conveniently located in the heart of Nelson Bay.

Park the car, and walk to the fabulous restaurants, boutique shopping, D’Albora Marina, beach, bowling and golf Clubs. Look over the Bay or stroll into town.

This top floor apartment has three bedrooms with the main having a split king bed, ensuite with a bath and shower plus the comfort of a ceiling fan and balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and a separate internal laundry with new front loading washing machine and dryer.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and complete cooking facilities, open plan air-conditioned living and dining area with floorboards, large Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The property supplies extra blankets for beds and each bedroom is provided with a heater.
From the living area, you have peaceful water views and sliding doors that lead out to two balconies.

There is a double car space in the secure under cover parking next to the lift for the complex. At the end of one parking space is a secure shed where you can store your beach gear. Everything is literally at your fingertips!

Please note this Complex is a Non Smoking complex.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Bayview Apartments - nice stay

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, clean, well appointed and conveniently located near the Stockton St shops, we certainly enjoyed our stay, would love to come back :-)

Nelson Bay Apartment

Great property, but the living area is small. There were 4 of us staying there so it was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend 6! The water pressure in the showers was also ridiculously low.
