You'll have no reason to move with the charming Little Manly Beach at the end of your garden and the house itself offering endless space for relaxing and entertaining. Should you fancy a wonder down to Manly Corso, it is only a 10-minute walk away, past the harbour and ferry wharf. • Little Manly Beach is normally very peaceful during the week, but on a sunny weekend day it can be busy! Luckily you have your private garden to retreat back to!

• Due to the property's strong foundations and walls, it can be difficult to get normal phone signal ( i.e. 3G, 4G or 5G) inside the house. This is a great excuse to switch off and enjoy some quiet time!
• Guests to provide own pods for Nespresso Machine.
• The formal lounge fireplace is not in use for fire safety reasons. There is split system air conditioning for heating / cooling throughout.
• There are security cameras around this property (common areas) and inside (not in private areas). These are not monitored during guest stays.
