Seal Rocks is a quiet village. Great for swimming, surfing and fishing. Bring your own linen and towels- doonas and pillows and pillow cases are supplied. Linen can be supplied for an extra fee upon request ($20pp)

There are 4 QBs. Note there are no bunk beds. There is an additional double bed futon sofa that can be made available.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. The site is steep and access is via stairs so it may be unsuitable for some guests

Great holiday stay

Great location with views of the beach, only a short walk away. Property is very well set up for holidaying families and friends. Great balcony to watch the sunset. Communication and check in were perfect.

Very comfortable and fully stocked kitchen

It was a lovely family weekend away. Lovely and warm with the fire. Kitchen has all the utensils that you could want to self cater.

Seal Rocks Holiday

Sugarloaf is a lovely modern house, well furnished and equipped, ideal for a family holiday at Seal Rocks. We had a thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing time. Jenny and Bill are perfect hosts.

Beautiful house at Seal Rocks

We had a wonderful week at this special house in a special place. Plenty of bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is so well equipped that anyone who loves to cook would be very happy there. Sunsets and family memories made in this lovely house.

Lovely balcony and great spot in Seal Rocks

We had a great time in this lovely house. It’s in a perfect location minutes from the beach and our labrador had a great time too! Seeing whales and dolphins from the beach was a definite highlight :)

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

This home was perfect for our trip. It was in a great location with a lovely view and the house was both beautiful and totally functional. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Absolutely loved it!

We a had a wonderful long weekend away and the house was great. It has everything you need and is just a short walk down to the beach. The fireplace upstairs is exceptional and there is plenty of space so you don't feel you're on top of each other. We will definitely be back!
