Nice Apartment

Great place for our short stay in Melbourne. Clean and tidy. Nice sunrise/sunset views from the balcony. Easy 20 minute walk to the DFOs and very close to the free tram stop to get into the CBD.

Coffee machine broken, bed needs replacing, bathroom taps broken, stove top not working.

Position great. Very disappointed with lack of maintenance of this property. Would expect better quality. Would not recommend.

Beautiful apartment located in new upscale building in the vibrant Docklands redevelopment area. Conveniently located adjacent to the free downtown tram station.

Fun in Docklands

We loved the condo in Docklands-- perfect for a couple. Easy access to downtown via the free light rail. If we find ourselves in Melbourne in the future, we would gladly book to Docklands Condo. Todd

Lovely accommodation

This apartment is excellent for our short stay in Melbourne. Great location, it’s clean, and parking is easy. The water vistas is an added bonus. Thank you Ming!

Docklands compact and clean but with shortcomings.

Despite excellent assistance by host and the great location for our sightseeing purposes, the unit had no drawers for possessions and very few clothes hangars so the 6 night stay became living out of a suitcase. The absence of a tumble dryer was a real shame (this was mistakenly overlooked on my part but in a city apartment it is expected) plus the kitchenette lacked wipe cloths, drain rack, extra tea towels, spray and wipe liquid.

A great stay at Collins Wharf!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. The apartment was clean and nicely prepared upon arrival. Good communication with the host and super easy to follow pictorial directions. A great quiet spot with very minimal noise yet close to the free tram area to get you into the city within minutes. Highly recommend this place for a single or couple stay! We will stay again!
