Worst week of our lives!

House had multiple things that didn’t work-garbage disposal , ice maker, electrical outlets, thermostat, pool water cold, worn out fake leather on recliner. Dirty mattress pad on main bedroom’s bed. NO coffee pot.! Terrible location!

Fabulous stay

We decided to vacation for the thanksgiving holiday this year and we were fortunate enough to book with Roelens vacation properties. We stayed at Villa Wine Down in Cape Coral and it was perfect. The house has a lovely pool, ample space for relaxing, and a great deck for fishing the canal. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful; we enjoyed several nice evening walks. The house had all the amenities you need to relax. The managing staff are absolutely top notch; thank you Monica, Brenda and Iris. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. And we have even decided to work with one of their realtors for helping us with a home purchase; Iris is fabulous. The grocery delivery service , Fresh Pick Grocery service is recommended and AMAZING. Debbie is fabulous; we did the VIP service. All are groceries were shopped and stocked in the house upon our arrival. This saved a lot of time and frustration. Roelens vacation properties are definitely on our list for future family vacation to the Sunshine state.

Nice house, a bit isolated from activities

The house was nice, clean and nice spaces. The outdoor space was great. The pool is heated which was awesome and the porch is completely screened in with tons of chairs and a table. The master bed was a bit uncomfortable. And the biggest con is there's nothing nearby. To get to your basics like fast food or grocery it was about 12-15 minutes. All the good restaurants were about 25+. Closest beach is at the Yacht club which is on the river and was about 20-25 min, other than that it was an hour minimum to any beach (Sanibel, Fort Myers). Being on the canal was nice but because it's such an underdeveloped area there wasn't much to see along it.
