Good Overnight Stay in Nice Neighborhood

My husband and I traveled to Houston for work and needed a an affordable place to stay for 1 night. Bed was fantastic and was exactly what we needed after a long day. However, the bathroom and kitchen appeared more "loved" than the photos represented online. Overall, we had a good stay with no issues.

Quaint house

The house itself was really cute and everything was well cleaned, plus the bed could be raised and lowered, which was cool. But there were a fair number of bugs in the house (spiders, mosquitos, nothing that bad). Also, the AC was extremely loud and woke me and my partner up multiple times throughout the night.

It has a wonderful location and the place is very comfortable. I think it looks better on the pictures than in real life, and is located in the backyard of that beautiful house, which was a little bit disappointing because the house is very beautiful but the back is not nearly that nice. Even though I had spent a nice stay there, good experience overall. I suggest that this is mentioned in the description. The other thing is that I didn’t see any washing machine or dryer.

Simple Stay in Houston

I stayed one night on a road trip. Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect for hopping around museums. The accommodations were simple. The house is historic so it has it’s own charm. The air conditioner window unit kicked on and off all night which was hard to sleep through, even with my sound machine running.
