This two-bedroom house is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the beach with close access to Mollymook shops and restaurants. The property provides an ideal setting for a south coast holiday for a family or small group of friends.

Upstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds, whilst the downstairs alcove contains two stackable single beds.

Open plan living with modern kitchen and large lounge area, extend to an outdoor
large rear deck , which faces the yard with a great outlook for relaxing, reading and entertaining.

Cozy beach house

We had a great time staying at the Mollymook Beach House. The house is spacious, and a huge balcony faces a beautiful backyard. We would definitely come back!

Mollymook getaway

It was a perfect stay for a beach getaway. Everything was just right for our little family. Everything was well stocked and they were generous with some pantry essentials as well.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely week at this property. The back deck was amazing- good in wet and hot weather and the kids loved the backyard for ball games. House was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed and host, Cameron was great at communicating throughout.

Holiday stay

Location, cleanliness and communication was great. Property had an ant issue especially in the bathroom. Bathroom very old and no exhaust fan or fly screens on window. Only one PowerPoint worked probably why there are no photos on the listing. The neighbors deck on the left is on the bedroom side and very noisy when being used.

Comfortable stay

The house was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the large rear deck where there was less road noise as we were surprised at the amount of traffic for a suburban street!

Such a lovely stay!!!

We had so much fun on our little holiday, the house is very close to the beach and even though it rained a lot we were able to enjoy the house!! All round a great place and lovely property manager 😊

Cozy Getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The house is nice and cozy, was perfect for our 4 adults and 1 baby. It is within walking distance to the beach or the shops and now has microwave.

Happy holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and tidy. It was a tad cozy in bedrooms but had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend to other families.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would come back and recommend to others.

Luke was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Not too far from surrounding shops and beaches. The house itself is well presented and the deck is great to sit out on to have dinner and drinks while the kids ran around in the massive back yard. Definitely needs a microwave (this was advised during booking so wasn’t a surprise) and oven could have done with a minor clean. Otherwise everything was as shown in the photos.

Lovely home but odd things missing

This home is lovely, it is in a great location and close to everything you want to be close to.... but there are a few things that are oddly missing, like anywhere to hang your clothes! There is not a single hook in the place or drawers... nothing! In addition to this, the hot water last for less than one minute- and this is not an exaggeration . this home is worth 5 stars, it is large and comfortable but it gets 3 stars - you need something to allow people to hang their clothes on or a set of drawers- i would highly recommend a solar hot water heater with a 316L tank . cheers

It was a pleasant stay

Luke was very helpful in answering all our queries and providing accurate information in timely manner. The property was really good as described and had all amenities as mentioned. The backyard, balcony and spacious living room helped us to relax and unwind at home with friends. We suggest to keep microwave which is really required especially when you are travelling with family/kids and a small cupboard or cabinet in each room to help travelers getting organized especially for stay in long weekends. Overall the stay was pleasant and would definitely recommend this place to people who are traveling with families and kids.
