Very comfortable stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise.We were there for Cyclone Alfred 2025, nothing flooded including the garage underneath.Host stayed in touch with us as weather developed to ensure everything was OK.

Excellent views

Thulis was a beautiful pause in our busy life. Lovely views of the foreshore, and esplande. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Eating options so plentiful and close. Public transport close by. An amazing stay, and the manager was so helpful, thankyou Michael.

1 bedroom and 1 lounge bed apartment with excellent and uninterrupted views of the beach. Was perfect for my 12 year old son and I.

Fantastic location - great host!

Michael was very helpful and generous with information. The property is full of conveniences such as shampoo, coffee, tea etc which is very thoughtful. The location is amazing, the views are great. Everything was as described and we will definitely return.

Location and view were amazing. Only thing we would change is there was too much owners personal creams and perfumes etc around the unit. Otherwise would recommend.

Heart of Surfers

Incredible position, heart of surfers, right next to main shopping, Cavill Ave, restaurants, and beach front. Host Michael fabulous comunicator, and cares about his unit, including fully stocked items such as sunscreen, toiletries, etc, etc. Great amenities too...pool, spa, etc. Not a new building, but very comfortable. Incredibly well priced for all it gives.

Want to view sunrise from your bed in the morning? Love to hear the sounds of the ocean waves while sleeping? Need the beach for that fresh start of the day with jog? If your answer is yes for any of the above, this property has them all. And the host Michael, what a generous gentleman. Happy times, superb hosts

We spent a wonderful, happy time at this beautiful unit. The location is superb, close to the beach, shopping centres and restaurants. The unit itself is spotless, very well maintained and a pleasure to spend time in. It has all the necessary facilities in perfect condition. The host was kind, friendly and, in my view, one of nature’s gentlemen. He and his wife were very generous and helpful. They made our stay there very special and I hope that we can continue to deal with each other in the future.

Great vacation on my own

From start to finish it was a great property to stay at. Michael met me at the property and walked me to my room explaining everything about the apartment and local options. The apartment had everything I needed and was close to Cavill Avenue without the noise. The pool, spa and gym were clean and very useable. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend staying here to everyone who needs a one bedroom apartment close to the action but far away enough to not have to leave if you don't want to.
