Fall in love with this charming studio Just a few steps to Upham Beach located in beautiful St Pete Beach.

This cozy studio features a fold down Murphy bed, and a custom Master Bathroom. Some other features include newer granite counter tops in the kitchen, crown moldings, plantation shutters. Relax and enjoy the shard heated pool, shuffleboard, laundry facility. Perfect for a couple or a family of 3, with a futon that can be used as a second bed. There is also a pack-n-play, high chair, and beach gear at the property for your use if needed.

St Pete Beach. Some of the attractions are our local favorite hangouts. You will find many unique beach communities along St. Petersburg Beachfront. The area is perfect for having an amazing vacation with your family and friends. Enjoy beach combing, Boating, Miniature Golf, Paddle Boarding, Nature Photography, Scenic Drives, Shelling on the beach, Souvenir Shopping, Sight Seeing and bike riding. Other activities in the area include Jet boat rides, Sunset & Dolphin watching boat tours. Ferry rides to Egmont Key, Segway tours and picnics at Fort De Soto National Park, Fine dining, Basketball Court, Cycling, Deep sea Fishing, Fishing, Golf, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, Parasailing, Pier Fishing, Roller Blading, Sailing, Swimming, Tennis, Wind-Surfing, beach volleyball, surf fishing, wave boarding, body surfing, sun bathing and relaxing at the waters edge.

Getting around
Beach Taxis run up and down the beach for tips and a city bus/trolley that arrives every 20 to 30 minutes will take you to downtown St. Petersburg for even more fun activities and sports venues & live events!

The aircondition was nor working.Had a portable ac unit with a coil exhaust runing out thru only window unable tp close window shutter.Had to improvise curtain with beach towels for privacy...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice small place for 2 to get away for a few days.Great location, close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Only downside to this unit/building is that due to the age of the building, the walls are super thin, thus you can hear your neighbors conversation and walking/jumping if there are kids above your unit like there was for us. Besides that, everything was fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1960s motel / condo refurnished with Home Depot grade materials. AC stopped working on the first evening, it is Saturday, too late to call. Call emergency number next day, no answer / cannot leave message as voicemail box is full. Was able to reach someone using alternate means, reply "sorry it is the weekend". Stayed for 2 nights / 3 days, no AC, no fan, no air movement in a stale 1 room apartment, miserable. Also, parking is a joke - you get prepaid street parking - IF you can find a parking spot. Property is close to popular beach, on a weekend - good luck finding a spot, anywhere within walking distance of the apartment. Overall, a rather poor experience for $400 a night (with taxes and fees).

Great location

Super clean unit. Contained everything you need to hit the beach comfortably! Cart, cooler, towels, umbrella, pop up tent, towels. Also hair dyers and iron on site plus a Keurig. Comfortable bed. A great stay.
