Great Property

Our family and friends (a group of 17!) had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful Vrbo home to celebrate both Easter and a special birthday, and it could not have been a more perfect experience! We all traveled from out of state, and this home became the ideal gathering place for us to reconnect, relax, and make lasting memories.From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations — it was clean, spacious, and so thoughtfully designed for large groups. The common areas were perfect for everyone to gather comfortably, whether we were sharing meals, playing games, or just catching up. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing Easter dinner and birthday treats a breeze, and the outdoor space was just as inviting, giving us room for fun and relaxation.The hosts were wonderful — responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and stress-free stay. Every detail was clearly thought out, making it feel like a true home away from home.This house gave us the perfect backdrop for a truly special family celebration, and we are so grateful for the memories we made here. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, space, and warmth for a large group, this is the one!

Awesome place in. Gorgeous neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at this awesome property. The home is really spacious, with enough room for 15 adults. The kitchen, the backyard, the games, and pretty much everything about the home was really good. And the homeowner Katie has been extremely responsive, and amazing to interact with.

Amazing experience

Katie and Will are amazing hosts. They were extremely thoughtful and took care of every little detail for our comfort. We had our extended family vacation for Thanksgiving and staying in this house made it one of our most memorable family vacations. Best House

We (45-65yo) travel for golf every 6 months and stay in luxury houses all over the US, this by far was the best house we've ever stayed in. Clean, huge, filled with amenities, and responsive property manager. On our last day, they were nice enough let us stay in the house hours past our checkout time enough to shower and pack before our midnight flight back home. Seriously, I can't seem to find one negative thing to say about this house. 5 stars all the way! Thanks a lot and will definitely rent again.

Perfect house for a golf trip

We had 8 guys in town for our annual golf trip and this house was perfect for us. Very spacious house and beautiful outdoor area. Rooms and kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our time between rounds. Communication with the host was easy and responses to all questions were prompt. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Fun In The Sun!

We were a group from Chicago visiting for a high school baseball tournament with several families. We would highly recommend this house. The owners were very attentive and responsive with any questions we had. One of the favorite perks were the fruit trees. We had fresh squeezed juice every day and it was delicious! If we are ever in the Scottsdale area again we will definitively stay here!

Dodgers spring training

Katie was fantastic. The house was beautiful all of us each had our own room. We took our personal chef with us and he enjoyed the kitchen very much. He was giving us some classes. It was just so much fun the house worked out beautiful for us, and we would go back and stay there again.

Paradise in Paradise!

This is a lovely property and “checked the boxes” for our extended family stay—the only downside was a bit of poor (for AZ) weather…that being said, we busied ourselves indoors with the many options offered. The kitchen is great for us as several of us like to cook—it would be a dream for a hired chef as well. The bedrooms and indoor spaces gave us places to gather and places for quiet time for those wanting it. Lots of games!..we brought our own and the spaces provided good gaming spots. Beds and bed linens are excellent; bath linens great. Katie was responsive to any question we had and promptly so. The grounds are delightful and provide plenty of space and entertainment for all. Our ages ranged from 2 to 70+ and all were happy with our stay. Of note is the fact that this property is all one level…a bit unusual for Paradise Valley and much appreciated by 70 year old knees and toddlers alike!! Our family made great memories here and will try to return! THANKS, KATIE!

We had an AMAZING time! Fantastic location in the heart of Paradise Valley/Scottsdale! The home (and TWO guest houses) had everything you could ever need and more! Katie is the best hostess we have ever worked with! Hands down, this is the spot to be!

Will and I love to travel, especially to our family's homes. Unfortunately during COVID we were not able to able to spend as much time at the houses as we'd like so we decided to turn them into rental properties for others to enjoy. Now we are having so much fun renting them out, we have decided to keep on doing it. Our motto is: treat everyone like family, and since we are new to the rental world, we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
