Fingal park also has a fantastic kid’s playground and café so you can sit back, relax, and watch the kids playing.
The two-storey property features a combination of a split system air conditioner and ducted air conditioning in the downstairs living/ dining area, unlimited Wifi, Smart TV and a safe for your personal belongings, plus three great size bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, family size fridge, microwave, and laminate benchtops.
The main bedroom is located downstairs and provides an ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity plus the bonus of a hairdryer. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with ducted air conditioning, a second living area with another Smart TV, balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through and a great workable office area. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a bath (kiddies’ size), shower, toilet, vanity, and the bonus of another hair dryer. The owners also provide child safety gates for the staircase, a highchair and port-a -cot for your convenience.
Outside there is a grass area to the side of the property and a fully enclosed courtyard with a gas Weber BBQ. The property has an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and clothesline in the single lock up garage.
Fingal Bay is a coastal inlet which has clubs, restaurants, cafes, bottle shop, general store, and a pristine patrolled surf beach. Fingal Island is accessible via Fingal spit on a low tide, you can walk across to the island (taking all caution) to visit Fingal lighthouse and capture the amazing water views on offer. There are also an abundance of bush tracks and a 20-kilometre rocky coastline which is ideal for bush walking, fishing, and exploring.
