Located in the picturesque lakeside Alpine Village with uninterrupted views of the stunning Remarkables mountains and Lake Wakatipu. This compact and modern apartment has everything you need to make it your home away from home. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd room has a king bed that can be split into 2 single beds. The apartment also has a sofa bed for that last minute friend. This apartment has It's about a 15-20min walk into town with the Frankton Lakeside walk a few minutes away or a 5min drive/cab ride. Its a 10min cab ride from the airport. A bus into town is available at the bottom of the hill. The property is on a private road which means there is very little traffic. There is a parking space at the house for guests. The apartment is attached to the main house, but still fully private and self contained. Features: Remarkable View Apartment: sleeps 5 people, fully self contained with stainless steel appliances, electric hobbs, microwave, toaster, electric jug, large bathroom, hair dryer, heated towel rail, has washing and drying machine, heat pump, dishwasher, smart TV with Netflix and Freeview, free wifi and a patio with a four burners gas BBQ, ski and snowboard storage.
