A boat ramp is conveniently located just around the corner making it easy to enjoy the day cruising down the passage.
Only a few minutes drive to all amenities such as the Pelican Waters shopping precinct and emerging town centre and marina, or drive north to the Cbd of Caloundra with a choice of beaches, cafes, restaurants and a variety of shopping.
Please note - there is no garage access for guests at this property but secure parking inside the electric gate under the shade sail plus on-street parking is available.
