This this modern, pristine two-story holiday townhouse is the perfect beach retreat for families, friends or couples. Ideal for a weekend break or an extended stay. It is within easy walking distance to Whites Beach and The Sands golf course and restaurant and is the ideal place to getaway and relax.
The property has two car parks on-site, free fast WiFi, ducted heating & cooling, and washing machine & dryer.
Homely & cosy, with all mod con's, our place is the complete holiday package!
Ideally located a few minutes' drive from the heart of Torquay, this two-storey, two-bedroom home offers a spacious and comfortable stay for guests who want to kick back and relax while still enjoying the convenience of having shops, beaches and cafes nearby.
Downstairs features a light and airy open plan living, including a lounge area with a large flat screen TV and comfy couches to lay back and unwind with a movie. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a central island breakfast bar and offers all you need to cook up meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and stove, as well as other essentials such as pots, and utensils. Dine at the six-seater table or enjoy meals alfresco in the outdoor patio area.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite with shower, as well as a chair and TV. The second bedroom offers a single/double bunk bed and double trundle. The main bathroom features a shower and a bathtub, as well as all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner – for guest use.
The outdoor patio area includes a BBQ and outdoor dining setting for your use.
There is a pod coffee machine, Nespresso brand, some pods will be supplied but if you would like to bring more you can buy these pods at Woolworths and Coles.
Other conveniences include ducted heating & cooling and Wi-Fi throughout, free parking on the premises for two cars plus free street parking 24/7, and laundry facilities including a washing machine & dryer.
All linen and towels are provided and guests are free to help themselves to tea, coffee and everything else the kitchen has to offer.
There is a porta cot and high chair available at the property.
